Topographical Survey and Bush Clearance: Conducting of topographical survey using electronic Total Station by establishing control points, traversing, picking up of details of existing ground features like nallah, buildings, drain, footpath, road, culverts, water supply line, electric lines that may appear near the surrounding road etc., locating co-ordinates of strategic points including levels at suitable intervals depending on ground undulations precisely as per terrain and site conditions, transferring the data to computer and plotting the details and making contours at 1 m or suitable interval as desired by the Engineer-in-charge, using appropriate computer software, plotting the drawing to convenient scale and furnishing 6 copies of AutoCAD drawings, soft copy in CD format .dwg format including clearing the bushes/plants/jungle vegetation along the boundary and proposed survey lines as identified by reconnaissance, using manpower/ Hitachi crossing the entire land in multiple radial directions @ 25m c/c atleast with a minimum width of 1-2m, and as per site conditons (to reveal maximum ground undulations and features in the drawing) for the purpose of conduct of Total station survey including all labour charges and transportation etc. complete.

Conduct of Soil investigation 01 bore hole to determine SBC of soil. a) Mobilisation and demobilisation of equipments, tools and plants, technical person including boarding and lodging. b) Boring 150mm dia bore hole to any depth (20 to 22mm depth) and any soil. c) Collection of UDS and transporting to Lab. d) Carrying out SPT test. e) Carrying out Lab test. Submission of report.

Conduct of hydrographic survey (Existing reservoir) including marking with wooden pegs/ ballies on opposite sides of the shore line to establish baseline @ 5.00m interval ranging the pegs at opposite banks/shores and tying ropes to establish straight line over the water surface, rowing along the tie-line (rope) and measuring the water depth @ 5.00m interval on the tie-line with help of calibrated rope and weight. Every successive tie-line rope shall be measured in this way. Computing the RL of various points below the water surface (Ground points), with reference to established Bench mark, preparing contours at 0.50m interval, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Preparation of Area-Elevation curve for the submerged area including the existing reservoir from the contour map, calculating the water spread area and accumulated volume at each successive intervals (say 0.50m), arriving at the capacity of proposed reservoir, supplying of 06 sets of AutoCAD drawings complete.

Planning/ Design of concrete dam for a height of 3.00m with spillway either by strengthening of existing concrete weir or by proposing a new one (after dismantling the existing) with enlarged section, proposal for spillway and downstream accessories, curtain walls, RCC walls as may be found suitable as per site condition, supplying of 06 sets of AutoCAD drawings complete in consultation with the Engineer-in-charge.
