Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 20 mm nominal size broken stone, laying to line and level, consolidating, watering, curing, form work, all cost of materials, conveyance, scaffolding etc.complete at all levels.

Solid block( in cement concrete) work in cement mortar 1:6 using precast cement concrete block 30 x 20 x 10 cm nominal size for super structure in ground floor

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:4(1cement : 4 fine sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (square, rectangular or round hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture

Roofing with Galvanized iron color coated trafford sheets 0.50mm (including colour coated G.I ridge, hip and valley sheets, j-bolts, washers etc) on a frame work of M.S. rectangular pipes (B-class) m.s rods, iron plates, etc. ( already done and paid seperately) with over laps of 150mm at the ends all cost of materials conveyance and labour charges etc complete all levels as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing UV stabilised fibre glass reinforced plastic sheet rooting up to any pitch, including fixing with polymer coated 'J' or 'L' hooks, bolts & nuts 8 mm dia G.I plain/ bitumen washers complete but excluding the cost of purlins, rafters, trusses etc. The sheets shall be manufactured out of 2400 TEX panel rovings incorporating minimum 0.3% ultra-violet stabiliser in resin system under approxirnately 2400 psi and hot cured. They shall be of uniform pigmentation and thickness without air pockets and shall conform to IS 10192 and IS 12866. The sheets shall be opaque or translucent, clear or pigmented, textured or smooth as specified. 2 mm thick flat/ Designed ( as per instruction of offical in charge)

supplying and fixing all side including buffer room and gate 200micron UV stabilized, 5 layer 90% transmission polyfilm on the GI truss using double spring locking 0.8mm thick, smooth edges, flat bottom and PVC coated zig-zag springs of 2.2mm dia and excettents elasticity without damaging the poly film. The channels fixed on the trussess using self drill screws galvanized with hex washer.

Supply and fixing of GI fencing of size 75 x 75 x 3mm ( TATA or Equivalent make ) to the existing posts including cost of fencing, labour chrges for fixing fencing, strengthening with 2mm dia wire or by welding ,nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer in cahrge.

Providing and laying Ceramic anti skid floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank :ISI 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. Circular Tank

Labour charge for stacking wooden logs to retaining the cutting end of road side walls by cutting in to required length, shift from the back of office ect complete.

Labour charge for cleaning roof of new sheds and office building etc

Painting wall with acrylic smooth exterior paints of approved shade on old surface two or more coats.
