Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rocks, hard rocks, chiselling/wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes to level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads, lifts in acquired width of road and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its levelling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Recovery of use ful stones to the tune of 3.82 cubic metre quantity ( three decimal eight two ) cubic metres at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred only) per cubic metre amounting to Rs 1146.00/- only shall be effected from the contractor's running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm (three hundred millimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) KN static roller to meet requirements of subgrade construction as per MORD Technical Specification clause 303 as per direction of Engineer- in- charge including carriage of material within all leads lifts and other incidentals. Wet Mix Macadam : Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406. including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Prime Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane Nano technology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC accredited) with cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI and water( <1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1kg organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSSI :200 litre water Mixing & Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @1 Kg per sqm on compacted stone base . Rate including all materials labour hire charges of machinery etc .complete as per MoRD specifications clause 502 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Tack Coat Preparing and applying of water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application IRC accredited with cationic bitumen CRSI and water(<1000 ppm TDS) in ratio of 1kg organo silane:100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CRSI: 200 litre water .Mixing & Spraying : Take 1.4 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 litre water while filling water in tanker/ drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely .Spray the solution @ 0.3-0.4 kg per sqm on compacted stone base . Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetres) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with minimum 100-120 (one hundred to one twenty) TPH hot mix batch type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregates 13.2 mm (thirteen decimal two millimetre) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade- Ten) at the rate of 5.5 % (five point five) percent of mix weight or as per design mix with Nano technology (Zycotherm) at the rate 0.1% (Zero decimal one percent) weight of bitumen, using cement as filler with quantity not less than 2% (two percent) by weight of total aggregate or as per design mix transported to site, laid with sensor paver finisher hydraulic with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, over a previsiouly prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth three wheel roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity for initial break down rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve to fifteen) tonne with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56 MPa (Zero decimal five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achive the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specification clouse 507 complete in all respect or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 (forty three) grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501 M30 (M-thirty) Grade, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (twenty five millimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 (zero point two) cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 (one hundred twenty five) micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and MORD Technical Specification section 1500 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (Twenty five millimetre into twenty five milimetres into five millimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector : Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (M-fifteen) grade 5th (fifth) Kilometre stone (Precast) of standard design as per IRC :8 fixing in position including painting and printing etcetera as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 1703 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.
