Pipe of all classes by replacing a length up to 1.5m including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with the C.I. pipe and conveying and jointing with C.I.D. joint / suitable mechanical joint of suitable size or any other available size suitable joints after cleaning the ends, grinding if necessary, centering the pipe, inserting the joints, tightening to make a water tight joint, charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, providing caution boards, traffic diversion but excluding cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.

100.48.4.5:Rectification of breakages up to 2.0m length in 200mm C.I. Pipes, including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, by cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the line and specials and replacing with Collar and jointing with hemp & lead after cleaning the ends, centering the pipe, testing the line to the required test pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth, including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of hire & conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete, but excluding the cost of pipes, collar and pig lead.

Pipes in exposed portions by replacing lengths up to 1.0m by cutting, removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the remaining portion and specials and conveying and replacing with G.I. Pipes of suitable size and jointing by three run welding to make a water tight joint, painting the welded portion, testing the line to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges hire and conveyance of tools, plant and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion, necessary scaffolding including the cost of specials but excluding cost of pipe and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete.
