Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:2:4 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick plywood/board(kitply,Greenply,Century,Sarda,Mayur or equivalent) with nails etc as ceiling/partition of walls or equivalent work excluding cost of frame work including all carriages complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete, Size of tile 600x600 mm, including all carriages.

Providing and laying Ist class Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. In all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Fume Red Brown, including all carriages.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Second kail wood 35 mm thick includin all carriages.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood) including all carriages.
