M & L for point wiring using 1.50 sqmm size, PVC insulated, unsheathed 1100 volts grade, IS-694 single core multi-stranded (FRLS-H) copper conductor cable in proper colour coding drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade (not less than 20 mm dia) with and including its all necessary fittings and accessories fixed concealed, sunk cast iron or 1.6 mm thick pressed modular steel terminal box for mounting fittings i.e, modular switch / sockets incl cover plate with frame including one continuous run of PVC insulated (green colour) 1.50 sqmm size stranded FRLS-H copper conductor cable as in earth wire and connecting all metal parts to common earth dolly incl cutting and chases pinning in for concealed conduit wiring and making good of disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed for the following: -

Note: (i) Also includes inverter wiring with one run of inverter wire 1.5 sqmm all alongwith circuit also included. (ii) All items used should be ISI marked. (iii) Cutting chases for concealed type point wiring including making good the same with plaster/putty is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the contractor. M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX 600mmX 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below ground level, connected to and includingGI Strip of size 32x6mm and light grade protection pipe of 40 mm dia from earth electrode up to test point or up to 7.5mtr whichever is less by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I and GI watering pipe of 20 mm dia medium grade, GI funnel with wire mesh including charcoal, salt packed all around the earth electrode plate in layers, PCC earth pit chamber (1:3:6) type C1, of size 45X 45X 45 CM, RCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 of size 45X45X6 CM,

excavation/earth work in any strata and returning filling, removal of surplus soil and testing/test point for required value complete all as specified and directed. (GI strip upto 7.5m including testing consider in this item).

M&L for earthing complete with using galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried directly in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 m below ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15 cm all round the plate using 4 mm dia GI earth lead wire as earth lead moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch/control board at another end, GI earth lead protected in and including 15 mm dia GI ‘medium grade’ pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20 mm dia bore GI pipe ‘medium grade’ as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate,

GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and provision of PCC 1:2:4 type B1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in pits chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick of precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-II 2010 and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note-(i) if the desired earth resistance is not found within permissible limit (not more than 10 ohm), item shall be re-done by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 sqmm and 15mm dia pipe medium grade is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item

Supply and erection in truely vertical position steel tubular swaged poles, type 410 SP-31 (9.00 meters long) with cast iron base frame, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface after erection , including writing of pole number complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (1) All excavation & earth work as involved shall be measured & paid seprately. (2) PCC foundation and Coping as involved shall be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

Supply and Fixing in replacement Integral LED Street Light Luminaire comprising of high pressure die cast aluminum housing heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP-65 protection road way luminaries with high power LED 70/65 watt with efficiency 100 lumen/watt at system level, CCT>5700K, with average life class 50,000 burning hours including GI brackete made out of 40 mm GI pipe medium grade and MS clamps for fixing of light fitting complete and connected with twin core PVC insulated copper flexible cable with existing point all as specified and directed..

S&F Hot press moulded SMC junction box of thickness not less than 02 mm , factory fabricated front openable duly painted and of size 250 X 250 X 100 mm having bakelite connector suitable for 3 phase and neutral link including MCB SP 6 amps gunmetal cable gland for LT cable fixed to pole with MS 25X3 mm GI clamps made to shape with required nut bolt washers for street light fittings and post top lights etc

Sand cushioning with fine sand to under ground cables in trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable as specified. Note :- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.

M&L for well brunt bricks sub class 'B' in old size as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART XII (Hot Water Supply)

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type ABS outer body and mild steel with glass lined inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre,BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve ,thermostate ,NRV,connection pipe etc. complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE A PART XIII (Water Cooler)

Supply, installation, commis-sioning of Water cooler partially ,stainless steel, electric driven single phase having approx storage capacity 40Ltr and nominal cooling capacity 40Ltr/hr.

SCHEDULE A PART XIV (Cooling Appliances)

Supply, installation and testing of desert cooler electric driven with exhaust fan 450 mm sweep with blades, water circulating pump, (single phase), 230 V, AC, 1500 RPM, having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 CuM per hour, outer body made out of MS sheet 1.20 mm thick, water connection with stop cock, PVC connection, float valve complete with bottom water tank not less than 50 ltrs capacity with fixing arrangements with angle iron (50x50x6) mm bracket and suitable size of plywood work to cover sides. Make : Usha / Crompton / Havells / Bajaj / Khetan.

SCHEDULE A PART XV (Arboriculture)

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 250 m complete all as specified and as directed by GE.

Dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods and uprooting weeds from trenched area after 10 to 15 days of its flooding with water including disposal of uprooted vegitation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for mixing of good earth, sludge and dump manure to ratio 2:1:1 and spreading in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cost of approved earth, sludge and dump manure deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidder.

M & L for grassing with Bermuda grass (Seclection No 01) with grass turf including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for moving including supplying good earth, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for for prepration of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge and manure in the ratio of 8:1 ( 8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by by 20 % : 01 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 % ), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unservicable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift uoto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cost of approved sludge, manure or extra good earth deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidder.

M & L for digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 ( 2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by by 20 % : 01 part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8 % ), flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Cost of approved sludge, manure or extra good earth if needed, deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the bidder. Following are the different sizes of the holes:-

Hole 90 cm dia and 90 cm deep

Hole 60 cm dia and 60 cm deep

Supply and planting of following trees / plants in digged holes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Ornamental tree plant ( height of plant exceeding 1.20 m but not exceeding 1.50 m ) Ashok

Supply and planting of haze of slected quality at prepared bed ( height of plant upto 0.30 mand distance between two plants not exceeding 150 cm ) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note : - Rate for Maintenance of plants/hedges/grass as provided above, by removing weeding, hosing, watering, saucer making, once in every month for plant/hedge/grass, Insect and pest manegement ( as and when required) punning dried branches once in a week periodical lawn mowing, deposited the material at a place as directed by Engineer in charge. Planting new plants in place of dead plants of same species and height tuning, arrangement of manure and pesticides required for maintenance of plants shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. Rate of all above is deemed to be included in the unit rate of items here-in-before for Arboriculture schedule ( 21.01 to 21.13). up to completion of defect liability period.
