S&F for 18 mm thick HDHMR board exterior grade including 1 mm thick acrylic high gloss sheet over HDHMR board anti-fungal, moisture resistance, anti borer etc as per IS-14587 for kitchen cabinet/ cupboard including fixed with nuts, screws , washers, nails, supporting bracket etc and all other connecting accessories as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F for 12 mm thick HDHMR board exterior grade, both side lamination with any colour, anti-fungal, moisture resistance, anti borer etc as per IS-14587 for back side of kitchen cabinet/ cupboard fixing with same matching colour lipping/ beading including fixed with nuts, screws, washers, nails, supporting bracket and all other connecting acessories as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. S&F for powder coated stainless steel grade-304 sensys intergrated soft close hinges of size 103 mm x 64 mm finished with nickel/ silver complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F for aluminium G-profile cabinet/ drawer handle in shutter of approved make and shape complete all as specified.

Supply, fabrication and fixing for factory made modular kitchen with cabinet/ shelves & wardrobe / cupboard made out of 18 mm HDHMR board exterior grade including 1 mm thick acrylic high gloss sheet over HDHMR board, anti-fungal, moisture resistance, anti borer etc as per IS-14587 for frame and shutter and external walls, 18 mm HDHMR board both side lamination of any colour for all side of carcase (except back side) and 12 mm thick HDHMR board for back side of carcase for kitchen cabinet/ cupboard shelves fixing with matching 1mm lipping/ beading etc comprising the following items:- (a) All type of basket must be having Innotech drawers system with organiser having powder coated stainless steel (grade SS-304) of standard sizes as per approved make to be provided fit as per available existing space. i.e. Plain basket, Plate Basket, Cup & Saucer Basket, Glass Basket, Cutlery Basket, Cylinder cabinet, Bottle pull out basket (Two shelves), below sink cabinet etc on requirment bases complete all as specified and directed. the following to be adhered :- (i) Atleast one modular kitchen cabinet corner plain shelve unit of standard size as per make/ site requirment to be provided with minimum one horizontal partition. (ii) One modular kitchen cabinet unit below sink to be provided including two square shape dust bin(grade SS-304) with 6 to 8 liter capacity each with one grey lid and one green lid along with waste bin holder. (iii) Adequate two / three Innotech drawer system unit alongwith all acessories with load capacity upto minimum 30 kg to be provided. (b) Innotech full extension soft closing channels/ runners to be provoided with load capacity minimum 30 kg. (c) Powder coated stainless steel SS-304 hettich sensys intergrated soft close hinges having size 103 mm x 64 mm finish of nickel/silver complete. (d) All shutters or drawer facia of this item to be provided with 'G' type SS profile handle, matt finish (approved quality) complete all as specified. (e) The carcase of all floor units will be supported by 100 mm height vertical adjustable legs (approved make) which will be covered with PVC skirting (approved make) in brushed aluminium finish attached by hardware of skirting. (f) All exposed edges made with 2 mm thick PVC (approved make) edge banding. (g) The quoted rate deemed to be included for all provisions as specified above including required any item to make modular kitchen completely functional, Colour/shade and pattern shall be approved by GE. Nothing extra shall be paid due to above provisions. (NOTE:- (a) Only front facia (Length X Height) of cabinet area below kitchen platform (L / partial U shape kitchen) will be consider for measurement purpose of this item). (b) Balance porion of area below kitchen platform made with only shelves/ racks alongwith soft/ close hinges and G profile handles will be measured and paid separately under item No. 2 to 6 above. (c) Make as per Appx-'D'

S&F for 5.50 mm thick sheet glass (tinted/ reflective type) in square complete.

S&F for 15 mm brass chromium plated mixer for kitchen sink hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified.

S&F in repair double bowl kitchen sink made of 1 mm thick stainless steel sheet of bowl size 560 mm x 405 mm x 250 mm make as approved with coupling and waste pipe etc complete all as specified .

M&L for 18 mm to 20 mm thick granite (pre-polished of approved colour) machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone as on kitchen platform, flooring and similar works including moulding/ rounding the edges of stone and laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in 1:4 all as specified.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surface of wall including finishing even and smooth surface using without extra cement all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over one coat of primer all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and cornices by booming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper all as specified.
