M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 type A-1 (nominal mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note for RCC items :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-30 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc, basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (fair finished surfaces) to sides of concrete foundations, column footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of plinth beams or other similar works, vertical or to batter for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Form work (fair finished surfaces) to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, slabs, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to TMT bars complete all as specified and directed.

~Ditto~ all as per item No 24.00 (here-in-before) but 5 to 10 mm dia mild steel TMT bars as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (excluding of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) and hanging also fastening and fixing, conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F structural steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 & including cutting, drilling holes & welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment & confirming to Fe-410W grade E-250 quality 'A' with riveted, bolted or welded attachment & including one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts ; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel as in bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape and provided as support to chain link fencing including necessary welding, riveting etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing of any size /type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained through board of the Officers as ordered by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing & including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. & including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.

S & F of galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line of wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for erecting of 610 mm dia punched tape concertina coil fencing, stretches along with two lines for RBT (supporting wire of the same material as concertina coil) having stranded specifications, average weight not less than 1.06 Kg/RM & including coating of px2 compound (Anti Rust) and fixed in angle iron brackets on compound/security wall with and including using necessary scaffolding along the length of wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting of 0.80mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection laid in slope in 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 2 mtr in length. Exposed surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including raking out joints between panel to panel and panel to wall and plugging the same with bitumen mastic using bitumen and sand mixture in 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone boulder masonry, built in CM incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement sand mortar 1:6 and including finishing the joints, flush as the work proceeds complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over for lime or sand stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40 mm; to block in course masonry (Lime or sand stone), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with pulverized fuel Ash-lime bricks (Fly ash bricks - old size), straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with using liquid water proofing compound, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for preparation new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality over and including one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from previously treated surfaces of walls/chajjas and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including a coat of suitable primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls and applying one coat of 1.0 mm thick wall care putty and over it applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash on ceilings including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer (applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition/Dismantling of existing normal roof treatment, any type from RCC roof slab including lime concrete/PCC padding over roof, removing layer of bitumen under lime concrete/PCC padding, cement mortar, felt etc and cleaning the surface by hacking to receive plaster and removing demolished materials outside MD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 mix type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone agg) for roof padding, leveling course to receive floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brushing neat cement slurry with 3.00 kg cement per Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:3 on roof slabs with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only approved liquid water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ of 0.40 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Coved fillets in PCC(1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, of radius 75mm shall be provided at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty/chimney/other vertical surfaces and thereafter surface painted with hot paving bitumen of Grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73, [email protected] Kg/Sqm over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 45cm (minimum) and then inserted inside the groove of parapet wall of brick masonry and shall be finished by a membrane flushing. (iii) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorized applicators. (iv) In case of stone masonry parapet wall etc a groove of size 25mmx25mm (minimum) shall be made in coved fillet at the junction of roof and parapet wall/mumty Chimney/other vertical surfaces and polymeric membrane inserted in groove and sealed with paving bitumen. (v) Cost of above aspects is deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching & including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement & including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed with collars, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connecting and testing of 100mm bore sluice valve, class PN- 1.6 flanged ends, with CI body, wheel and brass spindle and nuts etc, non rising type IS- 14846:2000 marked and including jointing materials i.e. rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed.
