COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF CERTAIN OTM MD ACCN OF AGE BR II UNDER GE ROORKEE.

Material and labour for brick work built in CM (1:6) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius using sub class ‘B’ bricks (Old size bricks) including Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & fair including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering(in two coat first coat 10mm and another coat of 5mm) on wall/concrete surface with cement mortar( 1 : 4 ) mixed with water proofing compund finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:WPC should be paid Seprately.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) using coarse sand on fair faces of brick work of concrete surfaces of walls, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering(in two coat first coat 10mm and another coat of 5mm) on wall/concrete surface with cement mortar( 1 : 4 ) mixed with water proofing compund finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) Note:WPC should be paid Saprately.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper by using roller complete all as specified and directed
