Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations etc. consolidating of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble/polygonal rubble (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6sand: 12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand).

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling in all heights and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:- (a)Foundation footing, basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b)Columns, pillars, posts and struts square, rectangular or polygonal in plan.

(d)Beams, cantilevrs, girders and lintels sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever, girder bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth.

©Flat sufraces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

(e)Stair cases with slopping or stepped soffits excluding landing.

Providing & laying mechanically mixed & vibrated reinfirced cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5sand: 3 well graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) proportionally by weight cement concrete not less than 400 kg/cum minimum M-20 grade and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all height as per HPPWD specifications with updated BIS norms. a) Foundation footing bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.

(b)Suspended floors, roofs, landings & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and their cases (except spiral cantilever upto floor two level.

(c)Columns, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level.

(e)Stair cases (except spiral stair cases) excluding landing but i/c preparing of the surface and finishing of nosing upto all heights/level.

Providing tor steel reinforcement (Fe 415/ Fe-500 D as per design) for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in postion complete upto all floor levels as per HPPWD specification with updated BIS norms.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto all heights within 1cement: 6sand) Ist. Class bricks.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory, windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position. (Sal wood)

Providing and fixing panelled, glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clearstorey windows including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40mm thick 2st. class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire guage shuter using galvanised M.S. wire guage of I.S. guage designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for door windows and clearstory windows with necessary screws 30 mm thick second class deodar wood

Providing and fixing bright finshed brass sliding door bolts with nuts and secrews etc complete.(a)300 x 16mm

Providing and fixing Aluminium tower bolts with nuts and secrews etc complete. (a) 200 x 10mm.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour and shade with necessary screws etc. complete.125 mm size.

Providing and fixing bright finished hard drawn hooks and eyes. 100mm.

Providing and fixing 40X3 mm MS hold fast i/c fixing to frame with 10 mm dia bolts nuts & wooden splug & immerging in cement concrete block 10X10X15 cms 1:3:6.

Providing and fixing MS Grills of required pattern and standard design.

6mm cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand).

15mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone/concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6sand).

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab inlcuding rubbing and polishing complete 25mm thick.

Steel work welded with built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in grating framed gurad bars, ladders railing, brackets and similar work.

Providing & Fixing 75mmx60mm rounded hand rails in straight length complete in 1st class deodar wood

Applying birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thorpughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops , dust loose materials and other foreign matters sand paper smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and i/c a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth priming coat with distemper primer.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved brand (Apexultima)and manufacture and of required shade on undeocrated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt remains of loose powdered materials.

P/F in Position collapsible steel shutters with Vertical channels 20mmx10mmx2mm & braced with flat iron diagonals 20mmx5mm size with top & bottom rails of T.iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with bolts and nuts locking arrangements, stoppers, handles, including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Applying priming coat over new wood & wood based surfaces after & i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt & other foreign matter, sand paper & knotting

Applying priming coat over new steel & other metal surfaces after & i/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil grease dirt & other foreign matter & scoured with wire brushes fine steel wool scrapers & sand paper complete

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat with reguler modified polyster (RNP) organic coated of 20 microns over 5 micron primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 micron primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted limpet & rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer incharge.
