SCHEDULE A PART I (B/R WORKS)
Demolition of brickwork or stone masonry or precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including floor tiles, screed bed etc including removal of rubbish/demolished material out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
All as above item No 1.04 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from serial item No 1.01 hereinbefore shall be reused after cleaning the tiles. The rate quoted shall include for cleaning the tiles also.
Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.
Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter, area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (without taking off shutters from frame) and removing from site, including cutting holes in wall/concrete for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces in CM (1:3) and finishing the surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of pressed steel frames of size 125 mm x 60 mm for doors, 1.25mm thick, with one or more rebates including, hold fasts of 25mm x 4mm FI, 25mm long, 6 Nos in each chowkhat, necessary lugs, 4 Nos 100 mm butt hinges medium weight, cold rolled, welded for each frame, lock strike plate, including sanding, tarring backs of chowkhats, 2 Nos 12 mm dia tie bars at the bottom of frame etc and one coat of shop coat of red oxide zinc chrome including PCC 1:3:6 type C-0 filling in back of chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates, kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses, seismic and other bands and the like, finishing the surfaces fair and even including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.
Supplying and fixing of factory made 35mm thick, 2nd class HW, plain framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Pattern of door shall be same as that of existing doors.)
Supply and fixing of mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if equired: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of steel window box type, with side hung shutters, using ERW hollow 'P' section, factory made, comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skeleton shutter, 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 (c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220(c) sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable, and applying two coats of approved colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frame shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill 10 mm square bar irrespective of whatever shown on drawings including painting (iii) Glazing, wire mesh and painting shall be measured and paid for separately.
Supply and fixing of 200 mm long aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section, ISI marked and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of mild steel sliding door bolts, 250mm long, plate type, stove enamelled black, with bright bolt not less than 12mm dia with and including a minimum of 6 bolts and nuts, four on bolt plate and two on staple plate and fixed
Supply and fixing of mild steel cold rolled butt hinges, 100 mm long, medium weight and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of mild steel helical door springs, 200 mm long, fixed with screws to wooden chowkats or welded to steel chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of 150 mm long, extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised, ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for small fittings of second class hard wood, such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like, including all necessaty' labours; articles not exceeding 200 cu. cm each complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and fixing of stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples or fixing with beads to wooden joinery while fixing in panels of joinery complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings) complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply & fixing for pre-painted galvalume, aluminuim zinc coating, GI based corrugated (SINOSUIDAL PATTERN) steel sheet, 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961, of any colour, having tensile strength of 550 MPa, as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, 150 gm/sqm total on both sides, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.quality conforming to Fe-410-W Grade E-250 quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of mild steel screw bolts (machine made), dia of neck 11 to 15mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square exceeding 5cm and not exceeding 10cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixixng of rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered), channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to grade Fe-410 (Gde E-250)-quality A complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded machine crushed stone aggregates), 25 mm thick, as in floors, finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than 55 cm x 55 cm) laid in flooring over and including cement screed bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed and pointed in grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 16-18 mm thick laid on vertical surface of wall as in skirting over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:3) and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting, waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Size of kota stone slabs shall match for floor and skirting and cut to size required as directed by GE.
Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), 50mm thick, as in plinth protection/PCC path and paving, laid in panels of area not exceeding 1.20 sqm with 12mm wide joints filled with mastic (using bitumen and sand mixture applied hot in the ratio of 1:3 by weight) formed at the end of each panel and change in direction of plinth protection/PCC Path and paving and finishing the top surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and as directed.
Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on outer faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note: Supply only integral water proofing shall be measured and paid separately.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing of GI metal suspended ceiling system at all heights of Perforated with fleece 600x600x0.5mm TEULAR EDGE TILES in global white powder coated with 60-70 micron front coating laid on 24mm wide tee grid – strong section flanges colour white having stitching on the main runner, 600 mm and 600 mm cross tees with web height of 26mm. The tiles should have humidity resistance (RH) of 100%, with light reflection of 62%. The main runner spaced at 600 mm max (centre to centre) securely fixed to the structural soffit . Hangers (GI wire of 4 mm dia) to be fixed by approved roof plug, level adjusters and screws etc at 600x600 intervals as appropriate height.The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 600mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners to form 600 x 600 mm with grid module(24X38X0.3mm).Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 x 600mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 600 mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x22x22mm, secured to walls at 450mm max (centre to centre), including PVC clips to hod the ceiling tile and celing fixed as required on appropritae height complete all as specified and as directed by GE .
Material and labour for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tileing including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the MD premises complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid ceramic coloured tiles (Square/rectangular), of size 600 x 600 x 7 to 8mm thick, laid in floor over and including cement screed bed of 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tile colour complete all as specified and directed.
Material and labour for premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 600 x 300 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls over and including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3), set, jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tile colour complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Size of tile shall be cut as required.
Material and Labour for vibratory compacted, precast cement concrete coloured (using coloured pigment) red coloured , rubber moulded, interlocking designer paver blocks( double glossy) of any shape and size, confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 grade in path, hard standing, etc. laid over and including 50 mm thick bedding layer of coarse sand complete, all as specified and as directed.
