od22583/2021_2022 : Solar power generating - OFF grid system - 1 KW. The grid connected solar PV power plant comprise of S P modules with intelligent online inverter which feeds quality AC power to electrical loads taking energy from PV. Battery bank as per relevant BIS standards should be supplied, installed and commissioned. VRLA Gel battery / Flooded tubular lead acid battery to be used. Energy meter (Tested in approved labs) also has to be provided at the output of PCU to record energy generation. Only crystalline silicon cell PV module of 350Wp or higher capacity should be used. PV modules used in power plants should be warranted for their outbreak peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. Surge protection, earthing and lightning protection to be provided as per necessary standards. Obtaining licensee from the distribution and regulatory authority will be the responsibility of the tenderer. The system should be warrantied for 5 years. Insurance premium for standard fire and special perils policy (material damage) to be provided by the bidder for 5 years.

The grid connected solar PV power plant comprise of S P modules with intelligent online inverter which feeds quality AC power to electrical loads taking energy from PV and feeding the generated electricity to the grid of Distribution Licensee through net metering facility The connectivity should be as per CEA (Technical Standards for connectivity of the distributed generation resources) Regulations 2013 and KSERC (Grid Interactive Distributed Solar Energy Systems) CEA Regulations 2014 and amendments thereof if any. The system should be connected to the mains -Three phase-through a net export - import meter tested and approved by a lab approved by the Distribution Licensee. Another Energy meter (Tested in approved labs) also has to be installed between the PCU and the point of interconnection nearer to the net meter to record electricity generated from Solar power plant.
