Excavation in foundation and trenches etc. ( for pipe and pits) up to all depths and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, pick jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, blasting in soft/ hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited, in all leads and lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking usable and unusable materials/ soils separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes, returning the usable soils in 15 cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / unusable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its original condition and including cost of diversion of traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5 sand:3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-

Foundation footings base of columns and the like and mass concrete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall any thickness but not less than 0.1mtr thickness attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor two ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete working:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor landings and the like up to 200mm thickness and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floor roofs landing shelves and their supports balconies, beams girders bressumers and cantilevers up to floor two level.

Providing laying of tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding cutting and placing in position complete in all depths and heights and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up section including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard, bars, ladders, railing brackets and similar works and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying jointing and testing in trenches of 80 mm dia galvanized mild steel tube confirming to IS: 1239-Part-II with up to date amendments including tube fitting such as bends, tees, unions etc. complete and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing CI sluice valve of Leader/ Kirloskar make of 80mm dia (with hand wheel) as per IS: 780-1984 class-PN-1.60 upto 300mm dia i/c brass spindle and as per 2906-1984 with flanges, welding complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertion etc.

Providing and fixing of manhole cover (size 680x680) with MS sheet 2.00mm thick with hinges on MS angle iron frame 32x32x3mm supporting with 40x5mm MS flat with base frame 40x40x5mm duly welded and fixed in RCC slab with anchor bolt 12mmx150mm including cost of welding charges, carriage fixing and applying priming coat and locking arrangement complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying ,jointing & testing of below mentioned GMS tube flanged joints with ms flange (is:6392-1971) complete in all respect within all leads & lifts as per entire satifaction of engineer in charge. (the cost of flanges.butt welds joint to be measured & paid for separately)
