“SOIL INVESTIGATION, PROVIDING ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN & DRAWING AND CONSTRUCTION OF ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING (STILT + 2) FOR DENTAL UNIT AT HQ SAMPARK UNDER 57 RCC/35 BRTF (P) SAMPARK IN J&K (UT), TENDER NO. CE (P) SPK/25/2026-27”: Soil investigation, preparation of architectural, structural and all other required design & drawings for RCC multi storied framed structure and proof check from NIT/IIT, Construction of Administrative Building for Dental Unit including stilt complete in all respects as specified in special conditions and particular specifications, including foundation, stairs and substructure works, internal & external water supply system including water storage tank, sanitary/plumbing installations, internal and external electrification including power wiring and plugs, Security lighting, septic tank, sewage disposal and area drainage system, internal and external plastering, flooring, tiling, doors, windows, aluminum/UPVC fittings, roofing and waterproofing, painting and finishing works, compliance with green building norms, external development including pathways, stilt parking, rainwater harvesting as per particular specifications and as directed by OC Contract/Engineer in Charge.
