Providing and applying primer coat with SS-2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means including of all labour, meterial, royalty and T&P labour, cess all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH producing an average output of 75 Tonnes per hour using crust aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydro static pavour finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingement, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification Clause No. 509 complete in all respects (509) including of all labour, meterial, royalty and T&P labour, cess all taxes complete but excluding GST.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand )including lift up to 1.5M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth in the trenches but including cost of including complete shifting of material & of material & concrete etc all labour, material , royalty and T&P all taxes complete including of all labour, meterial, royalty and T&P labour, cess all taxes complete but excluding GST.

R.C.C. Work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:2:4 in lintels of doors, windows and sunshades excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I Binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and supply of all meterials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.
