a) Single support Excavation of foundation Pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support(pole), providing and laying of stone pad (300x300x75 mm) in the Bottom of the pit. Erection of support(pole) complete with fixing of 11 KV V-type cross-Arms and other accessories by providing clamps made of MS flat of size 65x65xc6 mm with Nuts & Bolts, as per RESPO Norms.

b) Double pole structure Excavation of foundation pit in size of 75x45cm having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support(pole)Erection of support(pole) complete with providing and fixing of all clamps made of MS flat of size 75x8 mm. an other accessories . The work includes fabrication work and fixing of cross bracing sets 3.5 Mtr from MS Angle 65x65x6 mm/50x50x6 mm. The work includes cutting holes and providing MS Bolts of 16x40 mm size in the middle of the cross bracing with 1 No. sparing washer of proper size.

Grouting of support in CC 1:4:8(cement, sand & 40 mm. brick ballast) Grouting will be done in the block of size 45x45cmx1/6th of full length of the support upto ground level, 30 cm plinth above the ground level with CC 1:3:6 (cement, course sand and stone grit) with muffing. The work includes back filling and proper ramming etc. a) Single support

Grouting of Stay Rods(20x1800)mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size of (0.60x0.60x0.30)M in the ratio of 1:4:8(cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Fixing, tightening and nozelling of stay wire with stay rod with the pole of required tension by providing stay clamps.

Earthing of support with MS Earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving MS Rod 3.0 M apart from support and 0.5 M below the ground level and connecting below the earth electrodes with the help of GI wire No. 8SWG and earthing lugs

Filling & fixing of 11 KV ID/OD type cable jointing kits suitable for 3x70sq.mm. XLPE cable.

Spreading ,stringing and binding of 11 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x185 sq.mm.(underground) including sand and brick and fill the trench.

Providing & Fixing of Danger board with clamp

Installation of 25 KVA 11/0.44 KV Three Phase Transformer on double pole including making connection etc.

Installation of CT/PT unit of ratio 5/5 Amp on double pole including making connection etc.

Make Plinth for 250 KVA Transformer with size 2*2*1.5M and CC 1:3:6 (cement, course sand and stone grit) with muffing etc. as per RESPO Norms and as per direction of Supervising Engineer.
