Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level etc) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling built in cement mortor.

Material and labour for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 as in sub base & in foundation concrete all as specified.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concerete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded aggragete as in floors in alternate bays Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting etc when concrete is greeen including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No 4.00 above but 75mm thick

Forming construction joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide and filled with sealing compound Grade B.

Forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound Grade B. Thickness of concrete slab is 100mm.

Dismantling of Brick masonry built in cement mortar all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' brick using old size brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius built in CM (1:6)

All as per serial item No 9.00 above but except bricks

Cleaning of bricks/cement mortar from bricks and rubbish off the premises stacking for measurement including all handling etc as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surface including finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement on walls.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces and Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over one coat of white wash on walls.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in kerbs,coping, plinth courses, bands etc and similar works.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm stone aggregate as in sub base floor/floors and paving etc.

Supply and fixing for chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pigment in floors incl screed bed 20mm thick in cement motar 1:6 all as specified.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast inter locking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-30 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed coloured precast inter locking paver block any shape and size, with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing pre-cast cement concrete as in kerb stones with plain fair faces including rounded, chamfered on edges, weatherings, throating etc in PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary forms and moulds and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cleaning including removing bushes, vegetation growth including taking out roots of bushes/ vegetation growth upto 30 cm depth and disposal of rubbish to a distance not exc. 100m complete all as specified and directed.
