Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortor including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete & removal as specified.

M & L Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6

Taking down cement plaster of any description in any position incl racking out joints making for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris from site all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth complete all as specified

M&L preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description as in barbed wire of etc complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing any type

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, fillings and mass concrete.

S&F in repairs galvanised 2 stranad steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbed at 75 mm spacing s and straing and fixing to any type of standard rail strain -ing Bolt , including, securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire , staples or steel pine etc complete all as specified & directed

S&F 150 x 100mm x 4mm chain link fencing including line wires any type including provision of binding wire all as per specified and directed.

Mild steel Framed work with square / rectangular hollow section , angle iron, MS flat etc such as ornamental grills, gratings etc . with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.(Note : Design of Grill,Gate and others similar works approved by GE & Users).

S & F Mild steel screw bolts diameter of neck 11 to 15(machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 5cm but n exc 10cm long.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10 mm dia and over for chainlink fencing/gates and similar wks and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint.

M & L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

S&F in repairs concertina coil 600mm dia 10m openable length having 50 Nos rounds per 6m length, upto 4.00m height wall.

Demolition of P.C.C. of any description as in bed of drain, ground floor or pavings etc n-exc 15cm thick below or above the ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L P.C.C. 1:3:6 type C2 (with using 40mm graded shingle) as in bed of drain including forming channels complete all as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (with using 12mm graded aggregate as in benching to drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete type C1 ,1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) 75mm thick as in plinth protection,path, Hardstanding etc finished the surface even and fair w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type D -2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in Sub base / hard standing.

M & L for 50 mm thick Cement concrete type B -1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in Sub base / hard standing.

M&L for PCC type B1 (1:2:4 )(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb , coping, benching ,coving rounded or chamfered edges,hold fast block, etc including form work complete as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises out side MD land

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with colour cement to match the tiles complete.

M & L for precasted PCC Chequared tiles prepolished machine pressed chemically treated for antifurgal300 X 300mm size X 25 mm thick of approved coloured and Q design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning in floors or paving , laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick , spread levelled and rammed including watering all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, set and jointed in CM (1:4) with grey cement and pigment including 30mm thick sand filling complete all as specified and as directed.

Granite 20mm thick (of any tpe) work (tablee rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like including cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cment (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite 20mm thick.

M & L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement morter (1:4)
