Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone/PCC block walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water, etc. &and removal all rubbish material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) to roofs, floors (other than ground floors), columns, beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in columns, pillars piers, posts & struts etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

M & L for reinforced cement concrete Design Mix M-25 as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers and lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement and formwork shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of the BOQ.

Use and waste of flat formwork to sides of pillars (square, rectangular or polygonal), posts, struts, piers,columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of flat formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. forrough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 8mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shapes required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/PCC block work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick/PCC block masonry surfaces of walls in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for plastering 5mm thick on concrete surface of ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) of first grade quality over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered walls surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint of first grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceilings and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorative plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of distempering with oil emulsion distemper of first grade quality, white or any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old decorative plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint of first grade quality, white or any tint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wooden or wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of 1st grade quality complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for re-writing and re-painting of existing buiding number and plaque comprising of letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) using synthetic enamel paint in one or more tints, overall size of plaque not exc 0.50 Sqm complete all as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from water tank of capacity exc 250 Ltrs but not exc 500 Ltrs, any type (AC, RCC or PVC) and cleaning mouths of circulating pipes, etc and including writing date of cleaning on tank using synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The size and pattern of letters of date shall be as per format approved by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) The rate quoted is inclusive of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning.

All as per srl item No. 17.00 (here-in-before) ditto but water tank of capacity exc 500 Ltrs and not exc 1000 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of residual water, disilting and cleaning of SWT of capacity 50000 Ltrs as described below :- (a) The inner surface of the wall of tank shall be cleaned with high pressure jet pump after emptying the water tank. (b) After through cleaning of the tank, the cleaning water tank and the sludge is to be removed by using pump and sludge has to be disposed off at a place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (c) After made the tank dirt free, the inner surface of tank shall be treated with anti bacterial agents as approved by the GE. (d) After the treatment as mentioned at (c) above, the inner surface of the tank shall be treated with UV-Radiator. (e) Writing date of cleaning on tank using synthetic enamel paint with letters n exc 30cm high, completed all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) The size and pattern of letters of date shall be as per format approved by the GE and will be paid under respective item of BOQ. (b) The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of cost of bleaching powder or any other cleaning agent to be used for tank cleaning. (c) Cost of earthwork and excavation for disposed of sludge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item.
