SUB HEAD-I (Wiring)

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

(i) Group - C

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 2 Nos 4 sq. mm FR PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

SUB HEAD-III( Distribution Boards & MCB's )

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized and powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Supplying and fixing following rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 40 Amps., double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current up to 300 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing M.S. cubicle of depth 225 mm fabricated out of combination of 16 SWG M.S. sheet & 25mmx25mmx3mm angle iron complete with cutting, welding, painting, sign writing etc. having arrangement for housing HPSEB energy meter, SFU, MCB /RCCBs etc. & 6mm thick backlite sheet on back side complete as required. (Note :- Measurement shall be done as per front surface area of panel)

Providing and fixing of One No. 4.0 Kg capacity, ISI marked,ABC type Modular Fire Extinguisher confirming to , IS:14609 complete with hose of suitable length , normally charged and ready for use, fixing the same on wall bracket as directed by the Engineer.in-charge. (Make:ISI marked)

SUB HEAD-IV (Earthing and Lightning Conductor)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface / recessed conduit / submain wiring / cable as required.
