Sub Head:- (A) Site Development
Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m as per Clause 1603.2. as directed by the engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation along with its leveling fine dressing and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment wing walls,return wall complete as per drawing and MORD rechnical specification-clause 1204.3.8 granular material including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentails as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry ,plain /reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return all with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full widthof the structures with slope of1(V):20(H)towarsd drawing fac complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentails as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation along with its leveling fine dressing and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
Providing valleys of 90cm wide overall in plain G.S. Sheet Fixed With Polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete . 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gqm/sq.m.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Gutter (600 mm over all girth)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66 mm to 20mm thick in eaves board /facia/soffits /ceiling including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer -in- charge (Base members of steeel work shall be measured & paid Separtely)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
