Sub Head:- (A) Site Development

Excavation in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of slopes and disposal of cut material with a lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 20 m as per Clause 1603.2. as directed by the engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation along with its leveling fine dressing and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets,coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills,fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed) with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentails as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment wing walls,return wall complete as per drawing and MORD rechnical specification-clause 1204.3.8 granular material including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentails as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry ,plain /reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return all with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full widthof the structures with slope of1(V):20(H)towarsd drawing fac complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentails as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Sub Work:- B- Building Portion , Rain water Harvesting system & Water Supply & Sanitary Installation

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.Ordinary rock Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils, and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and un useful material and transportation of the un useful material for disposing at dumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer- in -charge through all modes of transportation along with its leveling fine dressing and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour ( if required ). All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation and used /removed as per the direction of the Engineer - in- charge. Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns,etc. for mass concrete with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed) with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size crushed) upto plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Constructing brick masonry chamber for underground C.I. inspection chamber and bends with bricks in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) C.I. cover with frame (light duty) 455x610 mm internal dimensions, total weight of cover with frame to be not less than 38 kg (weight of cover 23 kg and weight of frame 15 kg), R.C.C. top slab with 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement : 1.5 Fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size), inside plastering 12 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement on walls and bed concrete etc. complete as per standard design: Inside dimensions 455x610 mm and 45 cmdeep for single pipe line : With common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete With 12 mm mild steel U beading with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineerin-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sq.m including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete..with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

6mm cement plaster of mix.1:3(1cement:3 Sand).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Ridges plain (500 - 600mm).with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing valleys of 90cm wide overall in plain G.S. Sheet Fixed With Polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete . 1.60 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gqm/sq.m.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete Gutter (600 mm over all girth)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP sheet 1.66 mm to 20mm thick in eaves board /facia/soffits /ceiling including cutting ,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer -in- charge (Base members of steeel work shall be measured & paid Separtely)with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing plain multipurpose cement board (Hieght pressure steam cured) with suitable screws for cement particle board in ceiling etc. Complete (frame work to be paid seperatately) 6mm thick cement fiber board as per IS:14862 with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work,including cutting, hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of appoved stel primer all complete.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304 ) Railing made of hollow tubes ,channels ,plates etc. Including welding ,grinding ,buffing ,polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the samew with neccessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasreners,stainless steel bolts etc. of required size,on thye top of the floor or the side of waits slab with suitable arrangment as per approvasl of Engineer -in- charge (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, boltd, fasteners etc.with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. Tube hand rail of approved size by welding etc.to steel ladder railing, balcony railing , staicase railing and similar works, including applying coat of approved steel primer with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes cinforming to IS: 13592 Type A, includiing jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382,leveling 10mm gap for thermal expansion,(i) Single Socketed pipes.110mm diameter with in all leads & Lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specification etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.
