CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) AT AF STN UDHAMPUR

Preparation of Details Project Report (DPR) inclusive of Planning, Survey, Hydraulic design, Preparation of Arch and Structural Drawings and Bill of quantities for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) of suitable capacity (Approximately 0.6 MLD to be calculated exactly by consultant as per standard norms, site data and manpower details provided by GE) on FAB/MBBR/Conventional or Modern Green Technology (Like Root Zone Technology etc) fit for discharging into natural streams and/or horticulture use as per latest NGT/ISI/Pollution board norms and suitable for Air Force Station Udhampur consisting of following stages/parameters all as specified and directed by GE: Stage 1- Survey, Collection of ground data and submission of alternative proposals within one month of award of contract as under: (a) Survey of Domestic area lower camp by Total Station and preparation of contour map for design of sewage lines and STP. (b) Taking levels of existing manholes and Septic tanks required for design of sewage line and STP. (c) Calculation of sewage quantity based on site survey and population data provided by GE. (d) Collection of raw sewage sample, testing and submission of reports through Govt approved labs for all parameters specified in latest IS codes/NGT/CPHEEO required for design of Sewage lines, STP and its components. (e) Presentation in the office of CE (AF) Udhampur with Contour plan, covering proposal of STP with minimum three alterantive options of technology based on survey, levels and locations, reuse options, tentative location of STP and sewage network for deliberation and approval of one option by CE. The parameter for reuse of treated sewage shall be as per Appx 'D' under Consultancy Services.

Stage 2 : Submission of draft DPR based on approval of finalised option in stage - 1 within two months of award of contract all as under and directed by GE:- (a) Design details of capacity of STP, hydraulic design of STP and sewer network including Arch drawings for issue of tender documents. (b) Design details of Sewage network and sumps if any including drawings. (c) Approval of scheme from E-in-C's branch. (d) Bill of quantities in the AE's form with all supporting details all as per MES norms, Specifications and latest SSR/Market rate as per scheme approved by E-in-C's branch and all as directed by GE. (e) Submission of detailed specifications of all items and components of STP and sewage line required for issue of tender. Stage 3 : Submission of Final DPR after approval of stage 2 by CE in five copies duly hard bind and presentable form within 3 months of award of consultancy contract inclusive of following:- (a) Submission of Structural drawings to E2 (Design) section of HQ CE (AF) Udhampur Zone for their approval. (b) Submission of Hard copy of all Architectural and Structural drawings in A2 size in five sets. (c) Bill of quantities in AE form with all supporting details, (d) Hard copy of contour plan in A2 size in five sets. (e) SBC Reports for plant from Govt approved agency as required. (f) Technical specifications of all components and items catered in bill of quantities including list of makes (Minimum three for each item) required for tender action. Note:- Payment terms & Conditions: (i) 20 % after completion of stage -1 (ii) 20% after completion of stage -2 (iii) 50% after completion of stage -3 (iv) 10% after completion and commissioning of STP
