Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 100 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 C. Sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Extra for plastering on circular work not exceeding 6.0 m in radius in one coat.

Neat cement punning.

P/F in position precast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality EHD - 35 of circular shape 560 mm dia internal diameter.

Cartage & Fixing in position pre-cast RCC manhole cover & frame of required shap and approved quality. Circular shape 560mm internal diameter i/c carriage of manhole cover cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 C. Sand : 4 graded stone agg. 20 mm N.S.) 0.15 cm hight for fixing cover frame around manhole cover (Old Cover frame available at site) 560mm dia Heavy duty (Old)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
