FINISHING/FLOORINGSTEEL WORK

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper haiving VOC(Volatile Organic Compund) content less than 50 grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour: two coats.

Finshing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade. Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67ltr/10 sqm on existing cement paint surface

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necesssary repairs to scratches etc complete .

Applying priming coat with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel steel works

FLOORING: Providing and laying viterified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and confirming to IS: 15622 of approved made in all colours and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with shite cement and matching pigments etc complete.size of tiles 600x600mm

Steel work:- Providning and fixing 1mm thick M.S Sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S Gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S.Angles 40x40x6mm for diagonal braces

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to wndows, clerestory windows and doors with M.S Flat 15x3mm and nuts and bolts complete. Galvanized M.S.Wire gauze with 0.63mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides
