Supply, installation, testing and Commissioning (SITC) of Furnace Oil PMCC on turnkey basis

LT swich board (PMCC) 415V,630A, 36 KA (1Sec) three phase, neutral & earth buses, indoor, self-supported, floor mounting, fully compartmentalised to conform to IEC 61439 , multi- tiered, air insulated, natural air cooled,fixed type, metal clad, factory assembled, fully wired, type tested assemblies. Incomer shall be 630A MCCB and outgoing feeders consists of DOL starter modules, MCCB outgoing feeders for utilities, etc. as per the single line diagram and technical specification. PMCC shall be supplied , mounted and commissioned in total and shall be accommodated in the MCC room constructed and earthing shall be done as per standards by supplying all materials specified in scope of work. Control supply shall be 230V AC, it shall be given through control transformer of 1000VA for the outgoing feeders. Detailed technical specification attached and design & execution shall be in line with that specification and single line diagram.All the work shall be carried out as per scope of work and technical specifications. Incoming and outgoing cables shall be top entry

Laying, dressing, clamping and termination of armoured power/control PVC/XLPE LT cables of the following sizes with double compression cable glands and copper/Al lugs & clamping materials/ fasteners. Cables are to be laid between PCC 1 to FO PMCC through cable trenches and cable tray in stockades/ road crossing (6 mtr/incoming cable ) under ground and from PMCC to Motor terminal box/PMCC to LCS through walls and cable trays/ trenches. This work shall be carried out as per the specification and scope of work.All materials required for the work shall be under the scope of contractor except power/earth/control cables & copper flat for earthing and MS items & Road crossing pipes a.3.5Cx185mm2 ,AYFY/XLPE Aluminium

b. 3.5Cx95mm2 ,AYFY/XLPE Aluminium

c.4Cx16mm2 ,AYFY/XLPE Aluminium

Supply, installation and commissioning of LCS ( local control station) with lockable stay put STOP push button and one ON push button with elements of 6A rating in LM6 enclosure flame proof as per the prevailing stanards suitable for the operation of 230V single phase control supply and mounted on fabricated suitable frame. Earthing shall be done as per standards. Earthing and termination of each LCS shall be done as per prevailing standards including double earthing and gland earthing. MS items for the frame shall be supplied by TTPL all other materials shall be supplied by the contractor.Work shall be done as per technical specification and scope of work.

Fabrication of cable tray supports above three to five meter height and supports shall be welded through existing columns for cable tray installation.Also all required new cable tray supports shall be newly fabricated and errected at new PMCC room as per site demand after the errection of PMCC panel. Required MS items shall be supplied by TTPL from stores, . All MS items shall be painted with two coats of primer and two coats of epoxy greay paint before installation.Work shall be done as per technical specification and scope of work.

Laying, clamping and termination of earthing flat cu 25x3mm(860m) from substation no:1 to PMCC and up to veli second stage and drinking water pump house through walls and cable trays/ trenches .Also from this copper earth bus , single core PVC insulated cu earthing cable (approx 100 mtr) shall be laid and terminated to motors, ,LCS, Storage tanks, unloading terminals,Metal clad plug outlets and welding sockets. Required clamping materials and cable lugs shall be scope of contractor and earthing work shall be done as per standards for the total electrical installations .This work shall be carried out as per the specification and scope of work.

Supply and installation of GI cable trays of 450mm width, 2.5/3 meter long ladder type with couplers & SS fixing bolts &nuts as per the technical specification and drawing attached, Cable tray are to be laid between substation no:1 to PMCC & pump house room through stockades and walls through pre-fabricated MS supports. Work shall be done as per technical specification and scope of work.

Preparation of drawings, submitting & obtaining Statutory approval from KSEI for the PMCC installation and connected electrics & earthing. Note: All statutory fees shall be paid by the bidder and the amount shall be reimbursed by TTP on producing the receipt in original at actual
