Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other structure comprising of cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 MORD / MORTH (RCC)

Providing RCC Grade M20 (nominal mix) with minimum Cement of 350 Kgs/ Cum of Concrete using 20mm (60%) and 10mm (40%) size graded machine crushed HBG metal (Coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials and all charges for machine mixing laying concrete, ramming in 15cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing fo 14 days etc. complete for finished item of workas per S.S. and as directed by the Departmental Authorities for Culvert slabs & bed blocks with form work.

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel (MS) bars (Fe 415 / Fe500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lapsplicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidential, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc. complete for finished item of work in all floors (APSS No. 126). etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer.

Manufacturing, supply, delivery and fixing of M.S. Manholes with different sizes of angulars and square rods including cost of all materials, conveyance to the work spot and all labour charges welding cutting, bending, painting with redoxide paint and all fabrication charges etc. complete as per S.S and as directed by the departmental authorities.

Providing Ductile Iron Manhole frame with clear opening of 900/900mm suitable for a load upto 25MT including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

Providing Ductile Iron Manhole frame with clear opening of 600/600mm suitable for a load upto 25MT off approximate weight 150Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials to work spot and all labour charges etc., complete as directed by the site engineer.

PCC grade M20 (MORD) Providing Plain Cement Concrete Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using 20mm nominal size Graded hard stone aggregate, mechanically mixed, placed and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH. for Approaches etc. (for Mechanical Mixer) With Form Work
