Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The approved rates are inclusive of taxes, duties, travelling allowances, out of pocket expenses, equipmet utilization charges, Dearness allowances charges etc., complete.

The inspection & testing of the materials shall be carried out as per the standard Specification of IS.

The Inspection & testing of the water supply works at the site shall be carried out at the site anywhere in Karnataka as per the scope of inspection approved by the Authority

Inspection agency should carry out the Inspection of materials at Vendors works in accordance with specification and also as per the approved schedule of Authority Inspection shall mean. Inspection and witnessing of tests including hydraulic test, performance tests as specified in the relevant of visual dimensional and physical checking of the finished product as per standard and relevant ISI sampling and testing procedure and review of such inspection tests internally conducted by the Vendor.

Inspection should be taken within 1 day from the receipt of Inspection call from the vendor and in Special Circumstances the inspection agency must be able to clear the Inspection with two day based on priority fixed by HDUDA,Hubli

The Inspectiong agency should issue inspection certificate only if the materials are found acceptable as per specification duly noting the item offered for inspection, Quantity accepted/rejected etc., immediately after inspection.

The inspecting agency should issue inspection certificate for the works stage wise, only if the works are found to be acceptable as per the Specification/scope of inspection

The Inspection agency shall not admit any deviation in the specification of the Item unless otherwise specially approved (HDUDA,Hubli)

The Inspecting agency should send the original inspection certificates for every item and the copies of the test reports to the HDUDA office for record purpose. Fortnightly reports of the status of inspection should be furnished to the HDUDA Office.

The Inspection agency will be responsible for sampling all the materials inspected and guarantee the qualities of materials as determined form sampling and test conducted.

In case of any dispute over the quality of materials the Inspection agency will have a joint inspection with Executive Engineer, HDUDA,Hubli and decide the issue, The decision of the Commissioner,HDUDA,Hubli in the matter will be final and binding.

The inspecting agency should guide the HDUDA regarding the Quality as per specifications and conditions to be imposed to the Contractors from time to time.

Payment will be made in the, HDUDA, Office as per the approved Rate

The Commissioner, HDUDA, Hubli reserves the right to cancel the inspection contract any time without assigning any reasons thereof

The Commissioner reserves the right to enter into parallel agreement simultaneously or at any time during the period of contract on or more inspecting agencies with such terms and conditions

All attached documents should be attested by notary

The bidder must have NABL certified Laboratory, should submit NABL certificate

If the amount quoted by the participating agencies is same, the L1 bidder will be selected based on their highest turnover
