Thorough checking of the existing A.C. Ceiling fans including split pin , rubber bobbin, insulator, jam nut, lock nut, set screw etc. Including cleaning and washing the fan body , blade, canopy, iron net guard, etc. By super quality detergent powder and water as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing condensr 2.5 MFD in place of damages as per direction of EIC.(Tibcan non PCB Metal body)

Supply and fixing MS Nut , bolt, PVC Condenser clamp , Condenser pad in place of damage components as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fixing Split pin in place of damages as per sample.

Supply and fixing Jam nut , lock nut , Blade , Set screw , Rubber bobin insulator , in place of damages as per sample .

Re- winding the burnt out AC ceiling fans after opening part by part Supplying super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge , minalex paper sheet , changing loop wire , varnishing the same after necessary testing of r.p.m. (a) New type fan.

Supply and fixing of New ball bearing in place of damages one ( Approved make)

Supply and fixing bush in place of defective ones .

Carrying charges of the AC ceiling fan for only rewinding from Working site to Co's workshop and back to the site after repairing works.

Supply, Installation & commissioning of LED sandwich Acrylic letter Sign Board for display mater as per EIC and having following construction details. Construction Details: - S & F White colored Acrylic letter of size as per display matter in Male & Female Part made from best quality imported acrylic sheet and having provision for placing LED light as per requirement for the above display matter. The Letters is to be fixed on 4 mm thick Blue coloured ACP Board (out door quality) fixed on 16ft x 4 ft x4 " MS frame in all sides. The frame made from 16 SWG square hollow bar of size 40mmx25mmx2mm thick duly welded and painted. The ACP board is to be fixed on all side of frame by necessary nut-bolt/ screw etc. as per manufacturing design. The joints of ACP must be done as water proof quality. The complete Sign board is to be fixed on a 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame with 25mm M.S. flat in between the frame. The frame supports on 2 nos. 18’ long 150mm x 75mm iron joist should be installed on wall . Nut bolt clamp as reqd. incl. painting including net cement finish. LED Brand = Samsung/osram/GE (3 years warranty), Power Consumtion 1.5Watt per module color = warm white, IP 65, Brightness + 120 LM LED with all accessories like driver, optical lens, heat sink etc are included in the cost.
