Maintenance and operation of 500 KLD capacity sewerage treatment plant at KLP Coimbatore of 136 BN BSF under SHQ BSF Bhopal.

Operation and maintenance of 500 KLD STP (continuous including sundays, holidays and national holidays). The contractor shall provide services of expert operators for STP @ 1 operator/shift in two shifts/day. Lubricants required for proper functioning of the STP are to be provided by the contractor. All tools, equiments and testing devices necessary for handling, operation and maintenance of the plant to be arranged by the contractor. All technical liasoning, inputs and clearances with concerned agencies in this respect are to be made by the contractor.

Bleaching powder @ 30 kg/month x 12 months = 360 Kg /Year

Sodium Hypochloride (Liquid Chlorine) with 12% cone @ 25 ltr /month x 12 month= 300 Ltr /year

Bacterial culture @ 2kg/month x 12 months = 24 kg / year

Lime@ 20Kg /Month x 12 month= 240 Kg/year

Odour removal liquid @ 100mL/month x 12 month= 1.2 Ltr /year

Collecting and testing of the treated water sample (for necessary parameters) from accredited lab as required as per the directions of engineer in charge. ( charges for 05 sample test)

Cleaning of Equalization tank in STP with machine, extracting of sludges and rubish material and clean with water as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Repairng and Rewinding of 3/5 HP Monoblock motor pumpset with same size of copper wire including insulating material (old material not to the return to the dept.)
