Demolition of PCC of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided, and removal of debris to a distance exc 1.0 Km but n.exc 2.0 Km complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (including cutting of reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition) in any position and of any description and removal of debris to a distance exc 1.0 Km but n.exc 2.0 Km complete all as directed.

Demolition of PCC block masonry wall, built in cement mortar, including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.0 Km but n.exc 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated steel sheeting, any guage, thicknes, complate all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc, complate all as specified and as directed..

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

S&F 0.50 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall or roof, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip & straight flashings, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No. 8 above but except sheet of any thickness fixed with self tapping screw as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: sheet retrieved from item No 4 shall be reused for fixing.

M&L for PQC as in pavement / hard standing / road etc, not exceeding 250 mm thick of flexural strength 45 Kg / Sqcm with cement content 400 Kg / cum or as per design mix which ever is high including necessary steel formwork complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes:- (i) Construction joints, dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule.

(ii) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints.

(iv) No price adjustment shall be made if cement content used / approved more than specified above in the execution of work under this item. However minus price adjustment shall be made for less quantity of cement used / approved @ 7.05 (Rs seven & paisa five only) / Kg of cement.

(v) Polyester triangular fibers shall be added as per design mix approved by GE and Supply only polyester triangular fibers shall be measured & paid seperatly under respective item of this Sch.

Supply only Non circular Synthetic fibres with circumcircle diameter 30-35 moicron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.40, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel channel section as a sleeper unit fixed to track rail by Arc welding and supported by 16 mm Dia anchor bolt for the adjustment of sleeper unit in requisite level, using steel section conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde –E-250) Quality A etc all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

S&F Rolled Mild Steel Rail section mounted on Transverse sleeper support by Arc welding and alignment bearer along with fixing bolt, angel cleat or other connecting member etc. Bottom track assembly shall be assembled at site before grouting at FFL 0.00 Mtr without any undulation for smooth movement of door, using steel section conforming to Fe-410 W (Gde –E-250) Quality A etc all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

Taking down sliding type hanger door shutter/ leaf of area exc 45 Sqm but n exc 70 Sqm by using of of hydraulic/ mechanical cranes other tools & plant, necessary errection / dismantling of scafolding required for lowering down the shutters for repairing work and re-fixing the door shutters in position after necessary repair work as directed for smooth functioning complete, and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Mild steel plates (plain or chequrred) , square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, and welded on top / bottom rail of sliding door including nut and bolt for fixing with existing channels etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair / Maintenance of sliding type steel hanger doors each leaf size (8.82 metre x 7.20 metre) or above upto 10.00 metre hight of hangers of any size of leaf in hangers comprising the following work all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (Note:- Spare part ( Item No 18 to 22) such as wheel / shaft / bearing / bush/ sprockets etc if found unserviceable will be replaced with new one & measured & paid separately as supply only.)

(a) Taking out bottom wheel with bearing, and refixing the same with new ball bearing of 50 mm bore.

(b) Taking out all shafts with bush at top and fixing the same with new ball bearing of 50mm bore (04 Nos with bearing, 02 Nos without bearing)

(c) Taking down of chain sprocket, gear box, cleaning of chain sproket box, oiling greasing complete and refixing the same.

(d) Cleaning of guide channel.

Supply only MS ball bearing internal dia 50 mm type ZZ for bottom wheel of hanger door. Make : SKF / Tata / NBC

Supply only shaft 50 mm dia, legnth 250 mm & MS Bush Pedestal with ball bearing of dia 50 mm for bottom wheel of hanger door, including required nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : SKF / Tata / NBC

Supply only shaft 50mm dia, legnth 100 mm & MS bush with ball bearing of dia 50 mm type ZZ for top wheel of hanger door Make : SKF / Tata / NBC Note : MS ball bearing will be measured and paid separatly as supply only.

Supply only mild steel bush dia 100 mm without bearing including providing MS shaft 90 mm dia and greasing hole complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bottom wheel made up of mild steel Fe 2062 of dia 250 mm dia 90 mm thick including necessary cutting of surclip groove, bearing groove and boost groove including necessary hardning, nurling, fixing only roller bearings and other fittings etc all complete and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : MS ball bearing will be measured and paid separatly as supply only.

Design, Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of electric motor of capacity 2.5HP (1.80 KW) or as per recommendation by designer, sized to operate the leaves under zero wind load conditions at not more than 75% of their rated capacity for operating electrically and manually operated hangar door (OPERATING SYSTEM) suitable for two sub sets of three multi leaf sections running on number of tracks. Electronic motor drive system mounted internally within the door framing. The motor operator shall traction drive through a roller chain and sprocket arrangement one or more of the bottom wheels of each "drive" leaf directly. The power drives shall be designed to move the door leaves in either direction for the following conditions (i) at amaximum speed of 10 Metre per minute at zero wind load conditions and shall be operable upto and including a designed wind load (ii) Width of each leaf: 5m (iii) Total travel distance: 35m (approx.) (iv) Minimum overlap of door: 50mm. The operating system shall consists of the following items as per design conditions:-

(a) The power drive units shall consist motor with high speed shaft brake coupled to separate gear reducer. The necessary roller chains, sprockets, jackshafts, bearings and take-up devices necessary to drive the leaves shall beprovided. Each operator system shall be provided with an acceptable means of emergency conversion to tractor towing. (Doors shall not be pushed when manually operated due to safety precautions). The drive motors shall be squirrel cage induction type motors shall be rated for door operation duty and shall be normal starting torque type. They shall be wound for service at 415 Volts, 3-phase, 50HZ AC supply. The motor used specially for hangar operation shall be heavy duty suitable for frequent starting, reversing and braking in accordance with IS 325, motors are TEFC, dust proof, flame proof, insulation class F, IP 54 protection.

(b) The gear reduction units shall be of the highest quality helical worm gear double reduction of commercial manufacture and shall have internal continuous lubrication. The units shall be a type which allow reversal of effort through the gears without damage to the gears. The gears shall berated AGMA standard with a safety factor of 1.

(c) The high speed shaft brakes shall be integral with the motors and shall be ofthe spring set solenoid release self-adjusting disc type with an auxiliary auto-resetting manual release.

(d) Access to the power drives shall be provided by a 16-gauge cover located on theinside of theleaves. The covers shall have a latch to prevent opening duringoperation.

(e) Provision of handle separately for manual operation of doors in the event of power failure by disengaging the gear box.

Note: The master leaf shall be driven through an electric motor and gear box of suitable rating as recommended by designer. (Make of motor : Crompton greaves / Siemens/ABB/ Kirloskar Electric /GEC Make of bearing: SKF/ Schaeffler India Ltd/ NRB)

Supply & fix in repairs diamond chain of pitch 20 mm and 3.50 metre long complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Diamond or equivalent make approved by GE.

Supply & fix in repairs MS sprocket wheel 200 mm dia, pitch 20 mm for bottom wheel of sliding door connected with bottom wheel dia 250 mm, shaft including required nuts, bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Make: TATA / SKF/ NBC or equivalent approved by GE.

All as per item No 25 above but sprocket wheel dia 100mm for gear box of fixed in repaire.

S&F MS flat iron handle of size 50 mm x 6 mm x 500 mm long suitable for operating door shutters including handle grip all as specified directed.

Supply and application of alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust including from behind the steel surfaces by emery paper and cleaning the area thoroughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer's instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- the work will be executed for hanger upto 10.00 metre height. Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost for erection & removal of scafolding complete. Make:- Fosroc / Dr. fixit / Sika / Berger

M&L for applying two coat of epoxy paint over & including one coat of Epoxy Zinc rich primer with brush on steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth, the primer shall have a minimum specific gravity 1.75, minimum wet film thickness / coat 40 microns minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.50 N / Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) the work will be executed for hanger upto 10.00 metre height. Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost for erection & removal of scafolding complete. (ii) Rust removing on old steel surface will be measured & paid seperatly. Make:- Fosroc / Dr. fixit / Sika / Berger

Taking up or down 15 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line including concealed in wall all as specified.

Taking up or down 25 mm bore steel tubing and connections, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore mild steel galvanised steel water tubing, medium grade including necessary fittings such as GI bends, tee, union etc fixed on wall / floor complete and connecting to water supply pipe line all as specified.

S&F Bird proof net of polyolefine all weather proof polymer machine knotting using CNC shines with DSLC technology for antislip netting dia of the net 1mm, mesh size 20 mm-25 mm (+/-2mm) Square mesh with mesh making strength 18 kgf of colour black as per specification including fixing with accessories fixing material required for installation to steel structure, trusses/ purllin/ tie beams, rafters such as clamps, nut and bolts including washers etc for fixing bird proofing net to hangers/ Blast pens at the height up to 15 meter all as specified and as directed.

Make:- Srijian system Pvt Ltd or equivalent make as approved by GE in writing. Note:- the work will be executed for hanger upto 15.00 metre height. Quoted rates shall bedeem to included cost for erection & removel of scafolding complete.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, n exc 10 Sqm on plan area and getting out in soft / loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm using excavated soil.

Removing excavated soil to a distance exc 50 m but n.exc 100 m and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point all as directed at site.

M&L for steel reinforcement of CRS (corrosion resistance steel, Fe 500-D / 550-D) bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking end and binding with mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Use & waste formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, plinth beams and similar works for rough finished surface complete all as directed.

Use & waste form work to sides of pillars, posts and columns for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, footings, plinth Beam and similar RCC works all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-30 grade, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts & similar RCC works all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete (1:5:8) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) solid building blocks exe 10 cm thick, in width (with plain or inter locking joints as directed) setting in CM 1:6 complete in wall or pillars all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on PCC block masonry / concrete wall surface in cement mortar (1:4), finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for Dubbing out of average 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6, on irregular face of walls (when specifically ordered in writing) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on PCC block masonry / concrete wall surface in cement mortar (1:6), finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface consisting two layers, under layer of 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) & top layer of 5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new Plastered surface of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint in camouflage pattern of any tint as approved over one coat of primer applied as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as soecified and directed.

S&F steel rolling shutters made of 1.00 mm thick lath, with ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple, errected in position as indicated, complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified and directed. Note: Ball bearing will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat Black Japan paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F Closing bolt holes, etc, in old galvalume sheets or Aluminium sheeting by sealing with one bitumen & one curved GI washer on either side & 6 mm G.I. bolts & nuts with necessary pigment to existing sheet, all set in stiff white lead, bolt n exc 25 mm in length, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair / Maintenance of sliding doors of area exc 55 sqm but not exc 65 sqm size for smooth movement of door comprising the following work all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge:- (a) Taking down / out existing Nos bottom wheel (Nos of wheel may vary from 16 to 18 Nos) with or without bearing, and refixing the wheel after lathing suitable by providing new ball bearing of 50mm bore. incl fixing of new shaft of dia 25 MM and length 150 mm with pedastals. (b) making suitable provision of locking and stopper for door (c) Cleaning of guide channel. (d) Necessary greasing and oiling work for smooth movement of door

M&L for forming construction joint 10mm wide and 25mm deep with diamond cutter and provision of closed cell polyurethane back up rod 10mm dia and sealed with 12 mm(minimum depth of above back up rod) including pitch free polyurethane sealant confirming to BS-5212 (Type FB). priming the side as recommended by manufactures instructions and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top of the surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied the sealant should have MAF + 30 s as used in international airport in India complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lenghts i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) GDE Fe 410-0 W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

S&F mild steel 8 mm dia J Bolt, welded to Angle section and other end laid in concrete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.
