Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc 400sqm

M & L for Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning of existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam compacted thickness 75 mm or less with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using VG-30 bitumen of any penetration laid /rolled to required gradint and camber using power roller 8-12 tonnes complete all as specifed and directed

M&L for providing Bituminous premix semi dence asphaltic dense concrete 40 mm thick compacted with 5.5 % binder content as in semi-dense asphaltic concrete total mix rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and complete to required camper and gradient complete all as specifed and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un- reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

M&L for brocken stone or boulders of hardcore of gauge n exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B2 (1:2:4) using (40mm gradded aggregate) as in sub base.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar (1:4) in kerb stone with plain fair faces incl necessary excavation if required complete all specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n.exc 400 sqm and exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep picking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M & L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) grading as pe table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-1OO KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Applying evenly a prime coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface o WMM/WBM as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer incl preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) conforming to IS: 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer including cleaning sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to removeall loose dirt etc.on black top after cleaning of existing surface as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing bituminious surface and applying 2.0 mm thick and n exc 10 cm wide with hot applied thermo plastic road marking strip of specified shade/colour conforming t BS 3262-1989using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe,glass beads dispensers propane tank complete all as specified and directed.
