Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks & E&B etc. As met at site true to lines as per plan, L section cross slope, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lift & lead, required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in the drawing by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required cookie walling of minimum height of 0.60 mt with the stone available from the required hill side cutting for retaining of the muck , without damaging forest , forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance and its safe disposal (same as per mentioned above for safe disposal of surplus excavated material ), till the completion of the work as per part II special conditions of contract , MORD Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Running Slip clearance after hill side cutting during construction in rainy seasons for opening communication and disposal of Slip as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. including supply of all material ,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side

Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Excavation in Cutting in all type of Soil and rock by manual means with lead up to 50 M for carrying of cut earth to embankment as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014. (For Superelevation)

Construction of Embankment with material obtained from Roadway Cutting/with approved materials deposited at site from roadway as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD specifications for Rural Roads 2014 (Filling/Patri Filling)

Scarifying Existing Bituminous Surface to a Depth of 150 mm by Mechanical Means Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.

WBM Grading 2 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.
