RequiredThe bidder shall pay requisite Earnest Money Deposit as per Tender specification.
RequiredThe bidder should possess GST Registration Certificate and enclose the same as documentary evidence.
RequiredThe Bidder shall upload copies of Registration certificates issued by any State/central Govt. depts/public sectors like SSI, NSIC, Dept. of Industries, Ministry of Commerce & Industry etc. or any vendor registration certificate issued by any state /central Govt./Public sectors like NTPC, BHEL etc. evidencing that the bidder is manufacturer of Hammers &having manufacturing capacity of140MT/Annum.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload last 3 years executed purchase orders (1 PO/year, Total 3 POs) with execution certificates, their invoices of same financial year, clearly showing the details like date, Firm Names, Power Station Name, description of ordered material, its value etc.
RequiredBidder shall upload copies of executed purchase orders with execution certificates and their invoices for supply of at least 1,367 No?s of Crusher Hammers in a single year over past three (03) years i.e., during 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26.
RequiredBidders have to upload the copies of the performance/ satisfactory certificate from the end user (any state/Central Govt. /Public sectors/private power utilities), clearly showing that the supplied Crusher Hammers are guaranteed for not less than 1000 hours of the coal crushed shall be uploaded as documentary evidence.
RequiredThe Bidder should have Electric heat treatment equipment. (Copies of the Firm?s list of Tools, Tackles & machinery and testing equipment clearly showing the availability of Electric Heat treatment equipment certified by Chartered Engineer shall be uploaded as documentary evidence.)
RequiredThe bidders shall enclose a Solvency certificate for an amount of Rs.36 Lakhs issued by any Nationalized bank or any Scheduled bank which is not older than 12 months from the date of availability of tender specification on e-Procurement platform.
RequiredThe bidders should have an average annual financial turnover of atleast Rs.36 Lakhs during the past three (03) years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25) certified by the Charted Accountant. Further, the bidders have to furnish Balance Sheet and P&L accounts for the last 3 years.
RequiredThe bidder shall upload the schedules-III, VII, VIII, XII & XIII duly filled and signed & stamped and also upload the Schedule-XIV (A, B, C & D) Manufacturing Quality Plans (MQPs) duly signed & stamped.
