Providing operation service and Day to Day upkeep of Residential Parcel and Sports complex irrigation system on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 43, 48 and recovery as per provision of para 46,47 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of irrigation system comprises auto operated drip water irrigation system with Pumping set, valve, pipe line, Microprocessor based controller, remote controlled valves, Decoders control panel, solenoid valve, Filtration unit and control wiring and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. for one year including repair / replacement of parts/consumables etc. of residential buildings (Parcel of 34 Blocks) and Sport complex parcel from 01.11.2023 as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 49 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required. (Note: Only lateral and Sprinklers shall be supplied by Institute free of cost all other material consumable is covered in the scope of work)

Operation and day to day maintenace, of E&M equipment of Water treatment plant (WTP), comprising of pump sets, valves, Sodium Hypochlorite and Altoch/alum / PAC dosing pump sets, flash mixer agitator, clariflocuulator, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower, instrumentation, electrical panel, relay based control panel and CWPS,WSC-II,WSC-III,2 No. openwell pumps of lakes, Jalmadaps as per inventory with all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories in three shift (round the clock) including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 43, 50 and recovery as per provision of Para 46,47 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of water treatment plant comprising of valves, alum dosing pump sets, flash mixer agitator, clariflocuulator, air blower , instrumentation, electrical panel, relay based control panel,UPS and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc.This shall include the quaterly water testing of sample, as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 51 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required. Note: Supply of Alum/PAC and Sodium Hypochlorite are not in the scope of this item.

Operation and day to day maintenance of E&M equipment of sewage treatment plant (02nos.) comprising of pump sets, valves, , chemical dosing system, electrically operated hoist, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower and compressor, instrumentation, electrical and PLC based control panel and E&M equipment of RWPS, WSC-1 ,SPS-01 &2 and Research Park Sewage Pumping station as per inventory and Operation of all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 43,52 and recovery as per provision of Para 46,47 etc as required.

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of E&M equipment of sewage treatment plant, RWPS, SPS-01 &2, comprising of pump sets, valves, online UV disinfection system, electrically operated hoist, multigrade pressure sand filter, air blower and compressor, instrumentation, electrical and PLC based control panel, Ultrasonic type Level Transmitter, Displacer Type Level Switch, Electromagnetic flow meter alonwith accessories,UPS system and all other associated electrical and mechanical accessories etc. for one year including repair / replacement of parts, supply of consumables (oil, grease, cotton waste, wires, insulation tapes etc.),spray painting of Pumps, equipments,MS structure,pipe line and etc. as required. This shall include the efluent testing of sample as per additonal terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 53 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required.

Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank with brushes, duster and approved cleaning agent including removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water including disinfecting with bleaching powder @0.50 gm/Ltr capacity of tank complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(The walls, tiles & floor shall be cleaned neat by removing all the deposits and algae etc..to the entire including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba,all complete as per directionof Engineer-in-Charge satisfaction.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of programmable logic controllers, Pressure Transmitter, Ultrasonic type Level Transmitter, Displacer Type Level Switch, Electromagnetic flow meter,1 KVA UPS excluding Battery alonwith accessories, installed in WSC-I, II, III, CWPS as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 54 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required.

Providing services for day to day maintenance, attending complaints of fire fighting system 09 nos. of Academic Blocks, All residential buildings , All Hostel and Kitchen and dining buildings,central arcade,Sports complex, Guest House, Research Park as per inventory attached on all days including Sundays and holidays as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 43,55 and recovery as per provision of Para 46,47 etc as required.

Cleaning of solar water heating systems of All residential buildings, All Hostels and Kitchen and dining buildings, new Guest House, and Taking out of service and taking in to service of any/all of above solar water heating system as and when required by the department as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para-43 and recovery as per provision of Para 46 etc as required. (Total No. of Solar System- 12 Guest House, 3 No. in each- 30 Blocks, Old Hostel -42 Nos., New Hostel & Dining- 51 nos., New Housing Block-25 Nos.) Note- (1) Providing of manpower and tools & plant for plumbing work of solar water heating system shall included in the socpe of work. (2) Sundry Items such as elbow, socket, union,rubber packing, nut bolts, etc shall be provided by agency as and when required. as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 61 and recovery as per provision of Para 50 etc as required.

Preventive Maintenance including servicing of Solar water heaters of 500LPD consisting of toughned glass, headers, risers, fin tubes etc. including descalaing of flate plate collector,by using water with Eco friendly chemicals, consumables,nut bolts,etc complete as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 56 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required.

Supply, Installationtesting & commissioning of 4 mm tick Toughend glass with low iron containt for flat plat hot water panel which includes re- installation of panel as per site requirement and as per recommendation of OEM etc as required

Supply & Replacement of Brass & Copper flanges in existing solar hot water panal unit including flange gasket ring as per recommendation of OEM etc as required

Comprehensive maintenance (routine, preventive and break down maintenance) of passive cooling & kitchen exhaust system alonwith accessories installed in kitchen and dinning block of hostels,Beauki Hostel, Hostel-H for one year including repair / replacement of all types of part and accessories /rewinding of motor inclusing consumables etc. as required. This shall also include a Quaterly service by Engineer who is familiar with equipment and system provided at site as per additional terms and conditions mentioned under Para- 57 and recovery as per provision of Para 47 etc as required.

Any type of modification if required inside the filter for repalcement of media is required to be arranged by agency on quoted rate. repalcement of Pressure gauge size of 100 mm dia 0 to 30 kg/cm2 liquid type 06 nos, nylon tubing 8 mm dia for two filters complete are included in this work. All dismantle material to be Shifted at designated area not more than 50 meter away from the site. Testing and commissioning shall be done at site in presence of Engr-in-charge.Two year warrenty shall be provided by the contractor after successful completion of the work.
