Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/ mm2)

Cutting of tree roots, unwanted braches of tree which is spreading over compound wall such as Neem, Peeple tree etc.including disposal outside municipal area as per direction of engineer-in-charge.
Dismantling of steel grill before demolishing the compound wall and refixing the same grill at same place including welding / nuts/bolting wherever required after construction of new compound wall in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agreegate) block as per direction of engineer in charge.(Note:- The payment of cement concrete block shall be paid in separate item).
Providing Beldar as and when required for attending for any type of work such as cleaning of campus, cutting of plants, and as a helper of plumber/ carpenter etc. including the cost of ledder, tagari, phawra etc.for all jobs in one working day.
Supplying of epoxy bonding agent like PIDICRETE URP of Dr. FIXIT or ROFF brands of PIDILITE or STP or equivalent material as a bonding agent at site as per direction of Engineer - in - Incharge.
Supplying of Dr. Fixit Crack-powder of Dr. FIXIT or ROFF brands of PIDILITE at site to repair crackes in masonary/ plaster in external and internal plastered surface of buildings. The mix can be applied at plaster consistency and as per manufacturer ' s & specifications and as per direction of Engineer - in - Incharge.
Labour charges for special water proofing of roofing work for treatment of leaked cement plastered surface of terrace including applying a coat of PIDILITE URP on terrace after preparation of roof and filling crackes and application of Pidilite URP and cracked Pidilite powder and cement mortar atc. all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.(Note:- The Pidilite URP and Pidilite Crack power shall be paid in separate item.)
