M & L for drilling of Trail Bore well with DTH /ODEX ring hole well of suitable size bore through any kind of soil / strata including hard / dense stone / boulder / hard rock by means of direct rotary method / DTH below ground level up to 150.00 m depth complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The cost of transportation of suitable truck mounted ring machine, air compressor, OP unit camp requipage, connected T&P required for drilling & development of tube well and necessary loading, unloading erection & levelling of ring at site of work shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for drilling 200mm bore Mild steel ERW casing pipe (Blind / slotted) by ring machine using ODEX method in alluvial, boulders, pebbles, rocky stone, sticky clay etc i.e lowering, welding of required kind size from top of ground level up to the entire depth ie minimum 150.00 m, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The cost of transportation of suitable truck mounted ring machine, air compressor, OP unit camp requipage, connected T&P required for drilling & development of tube well and necessary loading, unloading erection & levelling of ring at site of work shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Mild steel ERW casing pipe shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only" under respective items of BOQ.

M&L for development of tube well by suitable capacity air compressor unit to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge to give sand free discharge, complete all as directed.

M&L for development of tube well by suitable capacity submersible OP unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having suitable discharge including running of OP unit and yield testing of tube well by “V” notch at least for 15 Hrs complete to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F well cap suitable for 200 mm bore Mild steel ERW pipe, made from Mild steel ERW pipe and 8mm thick mild steel sheet, provided at the top of casing pipe of bore well including with locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed

S&F of 200mm bore casing shoe suitable for ODEX drilling and made from EN-24 steel, complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel flat Iron clamp made from 45cm x 6mm thick size, bent to achieve required shape & size, suitable for holding 40 mm dia column pipe, including nut bolt & washer, complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel housing clamp made from 50x8 mm size flat iron, including nut bolt & washer etc. complete all as directed.

S&F 50mm dia CI sluice valve, class PN-1.6 type duly ISI marked with iron wheel and stainless steel spindle, confirming to IS 780 flang end for water mains, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of submersible pump set, electric driven of capacity 5 HP, 40 stage, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 50Hz AC supply, suitable for discharge not less than 65 litre per minute (LPM) at 150.00 m head having 40 mm delivery size directly coupled including necessary connection with submersible pump etc. complete all as specified & directed. Make :- Kirloskar, Model- KS6C-1312 or equivalent model of Crompton Greaves / KSB Note :- (i) The cost of lowering of pump and motor shall be deemed to be included in quoted rates. (ii) Connection cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

M & L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of LT cables punning after filling complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Material & labour for bricks sub-class`B' (Old size) with length equal to the width of the brick, laid flat in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

Supplying ,laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, aluminium solid conductor cable of 16 sqmm, 4 core, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / ducts, floors, fixed to walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 50mm bore gun metal gate valves (Class I), with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, ISI marked, all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for construction of valve chamber (internal size 900x900x1000 mm) with PCC blocks of mix 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate solid blocks masonry set in CM 1:6. PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring bed & copping and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on the inside of valve pit. The valve pit cover shall be made out of 3mm thick mild steel sheet with 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame and 40 x 5 mm mild steel hold fast embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including two coats of blue colour synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius as in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in pillar for supporting of pipe including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair face of brickwork or on one side of lathing complete all as specified and directed.

Bacteriological and chemical testing of water sample as per drinking water norms from Government authorised / recognised testing Lab as approved by the GE in writing, including transportation of water samples from site to approved Lab and submit report, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil with galvanized steel earth plate electrode size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to with and including earth lead of 25x3 mm size GI flat iron up to 7.50m by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR Part-I(2009) connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion with & including provision of earth strip protected by galvanised iron 40 mm dia. light grade pipe up 7.50m and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade with and including conctrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 tye C -1, 40 mm thick pre cast cover slab in RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate duly reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @100mm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron lifting handle, GI earthing strip shall be encased in and including 50mm nominal bore GI 'light grade' tubing with all fittings from earth plate upto transformer mounted on PCC plateform shall be provided & charcoal / salt funnel & other fittings etc. complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- (i) Item includes the cost of 7.5M GI pipe for protection of earth strip. (ii) Item includes the cost of 7.5 M earth lead strip. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.
