Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof)

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed

M&L for cleaning the surface and made free of dirt, foreign particle, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated. Thereafter, inspection for crack on the surface caused by thermal expansion contraction. Cutting the grooves with suitable cutter machine in "v" groove filled with repair mortar/micro concrete/General purpose grout as recommended proportionally as per recommendation of manufacture. supplying and applying high performance Hybrid Polyurea elastomeric waterproofing coating cold applied of spray applied liquid membrane with an elongation of 500-600% and tensile strength of 11-13N/sqm as per ASTM D 2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5mm as per ASNZ 4548, shore A hardness of Min. 60 as per ASTM D 2240 having. The system includes final base preparation, epoxy primer application of 1:1 (Resin: Hardener) with 100% water dilution and application of hybrid polyurea polyurethane in two coats in 6Hrs intervalat a total minimum consumption of 1.8kg per sqm etc. The application should be done by company's authorized applicator. Graco sprayer by a company authorized applicator. Company back warranty of 5year's is to be given by company. High Performance Hybrid Polyurea elastomeric waterproofing coating of Smartcare Ultron. Resin is one of the component of Ultron primer, which is two component water based epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813 having properties like color of Pale yellow, viscosity 900mpa.s, density 1.15kg/l and adhesion of >3N/sqm. Hardener is one of the component of PU Magnum Primer, which is a two component epoxy system, it is classified as SR-B2, 0 according to EN 13813, having properties like color of pale yellow, viscosity 37000mpa.s, density 1.08Kg/l and adhesion of 3N/Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Asian , Berger, Dulux or Equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq.m, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete PCC 1:2:4( Type B-1) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in fillets at corners specialy provided in roof curb of fill the depresion and mantain etc semelar work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L nominal mix cement concrete 1: 2:4 (20 mm Graded agg) type B-1 as in padding in roof rough finish complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

M&L Brick work using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified.

Repairing the edges of concrete chajjas, facias, slabs, columns ,beams (Height upto 2nd floor roof) & the like by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 including all necessary form work and/or provision of rendering 15 mm thick (average thickness) in cement mortar (1:3), after applying a coat of cement slurry @ 3 kg/ Sq. m of surface, finished even and fair, surface area not exceeding 450 mm wide, in patches including two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer ,including taking down swoolen/damaged plaster or concrete complete all as specified.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparing new untreated steel or iron surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished fair complete all as specified and directed.
