Biennial contract for Cutting of wild growth, grass at HWPK housing colony from the year 2026 to 2028

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, equipments, machinery etc., for clearing jungle by uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bushes, wood, stones, rubbish, trees and sapling of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1M above ground level including uprooting and removal of rubbish, clearing grass by using spade up to 50mm depth, including maintaining visibility by pruning of branches of trees up to 4 Mtrs height in the attended jungle area , collecting the rubbish generated from jungle clearnce, pruning etc. transporting the same by mechanical/manual transport upto a lead of 2 Kms. including all costs of loading & unloading disposing of rubbish/grass woods at dumping yard of HWPK housing colony etc complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower for cleaning grass and uprooting of the grass by using spade up to depth of 50mm, collecting cut grass/weeds/rubbish/woods etc complete, transporting all cut grass and rubish by mechanical/manual upto a lead of 2 Kms, disposing of the rubbish at dumping ground of HWPK housing colony etc., including all cost of loading & unloading, disposing etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc. complete

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, equipments, machinery etc., for spraying herbicide 'Roundup' manufactured by MONSANTO or equivalant (mixing 150 ml chemical of herbicide with15 litre water and sprayed over an area of 5000 sqm or as per manufacturers specifications along with any admixures suggested by the manufacturers) in open areas etc. Complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Basis of measurement will be per liter of undiluted chemical.

Providing Blade Tractor service to carry out levelling of earth, uprooting and other related works as and when required including the cost of driver, diesel and all other consumables, non consumables, tools and tackles etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing JCB service to carry out excavation, uprooting and other related works as and when required including the cost of operator, diesel and any other consumables, non consumables, tools and tackles etc. all complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, consumable and non consumable materials, manpower, machinery for transporting and dumping all waste, debris, rubbish, woods, big boulders etc. including collecting the same from residential/public buildings, Road berms and other places in the colony by mechanical transport (Tractor & Trolley with side covered of minimum 1.5 meter) disposing the same to the dumping area/ designated places in the colony as directed by the Engineer, including all costs of manpower, loading, unloading, transport, driver, diesel and other consumables and any other incidental expenses etc. complete as per specifications and as as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge Note : This item will be used for specific purpose and not meant for general garbage from colony covered under other items.

Providing all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, machinery, necessary arrangements etc. for removal of fallen trees/Dead tresss including transporting to the dumping ground/designated place within the colony upto a lead of 3 KM, depositing bigger size branches in colony office premises or as directed by the Engineer by deploying required man power, power tools & tackles, skilled operators and by observing /meeting all the safety requirements/ norms etc. and including refilling the pit with the available earth , dressing etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer. Note: Contractor shall make all necessary arrangement to cut the fallen tree in to pieces of suitable size for the ease of handling and dispose it as directed by the Engineer. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.
