Supply, install, test and commissioning copper wound step down transformer outdoor type complete with standard fitting, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire 50 Hz, core type double copper wound, oil immersed naturally cooled, Oil natural, Air natural (ONAN) with external cooling fins, delta connected on primary side (HV) star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol, DYN (vector group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) with off load tapping on primary side to vary secondary voltage + 7.5% with tapings at every 2.5% rating of 200 KVA capacity (Energy efficient level -2). The transformer shall be complete with all standard fitting and accessories gauges first fill of transformer oil upto appropriate level etc, all as per latest amended IS-1180 Part-I (2014) all jointing materials connected with electric system earthing etc complete as per manufacturer's design all as specified and as directed. Comprising the following accessories:- (a) One cable box HV side consisting of 3 Numbers porcelain terminal points including nuts and washer with two numbers cable gland suitable for upto 3 core 120 Sqmm HT UG Cable. (b) Suitable cable box LV side for LV cable consisting of 4 Nos porcelain with brass bushing rods, complete with nuts and washer with two numbers cable gland suitable for LT UG cable providing with lugs. (c) Oil conservator with filler type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Explosion vents. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover including thermometer. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) The earthing terminal two nos to tank to facilitate fixing to earth strip. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Lifting lugs. (l) Oil filling hole with cap/ plug with connection plate complete. (m) Air relief valve plug. (n) The transformer shall be oil immersed naturally cooled type (o) Extra bushing for neutral outside the cable box. Note: (i) Certificate of dielectric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil. (ii) Transformers shall be provided with fixing arrangement on trolley.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 20 mm x 3 mm copper strip. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, Jointing of HT 11 KV Earthed XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty electric cables with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 11000 Volts of cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for trolley for 200 KVA transformer of outer dimensions 3.05 Meter x 2.0 Meter length factory fabricated manufactured of main chasis 100 x 75 mild steel channel with 6 mm thick Mild steel floor platform sheet, 75 mm x 40 mm supporting channel and side wall sheet wire mesh upto 1.5 meter height with supproting of 40 mm x 40 mm x 5 mm channel, axle 2 pieces size 50 mm square and doors both sides for loading transformer etc duly painted as per load class recommended by manufacturer with four wheels of size 7:50-16 and one spare wheel, hydraulic jack, toe rod/ chain air filling pump. Four wheeler drum brake system spring loaded drawbar, leaf spring based suspension system, moveable steering provision for idling screw jack 04 Numbers for levelling of transformer etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Transformer shall be fixed on trolley at site before commissioning test of transformer. (ii) Trolley shall be movable type. (iii) Trolley shall be beared 200 KVA Transformer load. (iv) Vibration pad fixed between transformer and trolley.
