| 1.00NOTES FOR ALL ITEMS OF BOQ:- 1.Contractor should visit the installations before quoting the tender to know the working condition of the station. 2. Maintenance / Servicing work must be got it done through OEM or its authorized service provider only. 3. Safety certificate for steam pipe line should be provided by the contractor on monthly servicing and he will be responsible for any loss. 4. Contractor has to provide all type of tools required for repair/replacement of the laundry items. It shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 5. All requisite safety measures to be adopted at site during servicing & repair of equipment. 6. The contractor has to attend emergency breakdown/repairs within 2 days, otherwise a penalty of Rs.1000/day/repair will be deducted incase of Engr-in-Charge is not satisfied with delay reasons. 7. Attending breakdown call & nececessary servicings shall be deemed to be included under the unit rate quoted for below Items. 8. In case if the laundry units under comprehensive maintenance under the subject contract is kept unrepaired for more than 48 hours, a penalty @ Rs 500/- per hour (max hours a day) shall be levied per plant / unit incase of Engr-in-Charge is not satisfied with delay reasons. 9. Contractor has to keep minimum essential spares / consumable in reserve during entire period of work. 10. The spare parts included vide Srl Item Nos 14 to 88 (all parts / works) and rewinding of motors vide Srl Item Nos 89 to 93 of BoQ shall be measured and paid separately and the rate quoted for comprehensive maintenance do not include the same. 11. Contractor is required to asses the actual scope of works for all the plants / units as required and requirement of spare / components other than that included in BoQ and quote the rate for comprehensive maintenance accordingly. | ||||||

Material and labour for fixing heat resistant cloth with vacuum absorber technology suitable for steam ironing table/bed press including removal of old unserviceable
Material and labour for repair/rewinding of electric motor 7.5 HP and including following services complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (a) Disconnecting the electrical connection, decoupling with pully/belt/base inside washer extractor/tumble dryer, lifting the motor using chain pulley block and transporting to authorised work shop. (b) Dismantling the motor stator and taking out the burnt copper winding wire /fibre strip/insulating materials. (c) Clean the stator slots by CTC solution and rewind on stator slots with duel coat super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with insulating materials/fibre strip/varnishing and made terminal connection using 90 mm fibre glass coated wire. (d) Assembling the motor after rewinding. (e) Transporting to the motor to the site re-fixing on base inside washer extractor/tumble dryer with new bolts and nuts, coupling with pully/belt with correct alignment apply grease and connecting electrical connections and testing
