Engagement of user fee agency through E-Tender at Salava Jaroda fee plaza at Km 290.600 at Pangare to Warangaphata section from Km 134.500 to Km 174.645 (Design Chainage) of NH-161 including bypasses at Kalamnuri, Akhada Balapur and additional length of 800m from Waranga jn to nanded (NH-161) and additional 700m road from Waranga Jn (NH-161) to Mahagaon (NH-361) in the state of Maharashtra and upkeep/maintenance of adjacent Toilet blocks including recouping the consumable items.

1) I/We hereby submitting an "Undertaking" that, I/We carefully checked the (i) Bidder Quoted % in row "B"and (ii) Quoted Remittance in row "C" and found corrected and acceptable to me/us. I/We will not dispute these "Figures" submitted by me/us in the "Financial Bid".

2) In Column-B, bidder has to fill either % above or % below. Any deviation from this, bid will be treated as "Non-Responsive".

3) After filling % Above or % Below in row-B, Bidders are advised to check carefully the Quoted Remittance in row-C before submitting/uploading the bid. If Nothing is filled in row 'B' (i.e., %Above/ %below kept Blank) while submitting the bids, bid will be Evaluated Considering Quoted Remittance Equal to APC. Therefore, bidder is requested to 'Save' the information before uploading the 'Financial Bid'.

4) The Financial Bid shall be submitted online in Xls format provided by NHAI only. PDF/Scanned copies will not be accepted.

5) The amount quoted above shall be exclusive of the TCS. Any other Taxes & Service Charges etc., as applicable, shall be borne by the Bidder over and above the quoted amount.
