Tube Well (Discharge 5000 GPH) Deep Drilling of Tube well by direct rotary/dual rotary / reverse rotary method with safe discharge not less than 5000 GPH along with clearance of site by way of bush cutting, making approach road , shiting of machinery, tools and tackle and all material prepration of site, proper drilling of gravel packed bore 530 mm dia for lowering of linear assembly and strainer pipes of 300/250/200 mm dia in all types of strata and conditions upto required depth (minimum 230 mtr and further technically feasible depth) for acquiring desired discharge incl. cost of blind pipe & Strainer pipe, development of bore by air compressor of adequate capacity and Stablization and testing of bore well by way of VT/Submersible pump set as per IS Code Part -I 2800 of 1992 & IS -800 Part-II of 1979 with upto date amendents pump set to give clear potable water having discharge as per specifications is yielded. (incl. cost of ERW MS casing Pipes 300/250/200 mm dia, slotting of ERW MS casing pipes 300/250/200 mm dia, Fabrication, Providing and fitting of steel supporting clamps.

Storage Tanks (Cap 20000 Gallons) Design , Drawing , construction and comissioning of RCC 20,000 Glns capacity Sump Tank/GSR/ collection Tank in M-30 concrete mix (Spherical Shape) Incl all type of carriages with leads and lifts (Clear storage Ht. 3.60 Mtr.) & provision for manhole covering, Steel stairs, possible measuring gauge, inlet, outlet , overlflow and wash out pipes (100 mm dia) complete Job on turn key basis.

Pump Room Building (Size 7.95 x 3.70 x 3.65 M) Design, drawing and construction of Pump Room Building covering design for permissible seismic effects (size 7.95 m x 3.70 m , height 3.65 mtr) with mass concrete in foundation, brick walls and RCC roofings along with insulated floor mating, painting & writings, electric fittings, steel girders, drainage, Plumbing, sanitation and water supply including attached toilet with septic tank and soakage pit.

Storage Tanks (Capacity 10000 Gallons) Design , Drawing , construction and comissioning of RCC 10,000 Glns capacity Sump Tank/GSR/ collection Tank spherical shape (ht. 3.50 mtr excl. free board) with dome shaped roof covering , provision & fixing of manhole covering, Steel Stairs, measuring gauge including inlet ,outlet, overflow and wash out G.I. pipes (80 mm dia) embeded in cement concrete along with allied works complete in all respects with M-25 concrete mix

Chain Link Fencing: Design, drawing, providing and construction of Chain link fencing around the Civil Structures at spots (av. Area 85.00 sqm).

Compound Wall: Design, drawing, providing and construction of Compound wall (covering seismic effects) around the pheriphery of the station (avg. covering area 600 sqm), Development of Pumping station inclusive drainage of overflowing water & catchment, outer Illumination by Halogen Lights (minium 4 to 6 Nos), erection of sign board & levelling of ground / land scaping and plantings with provision of Rain Water Conservation depending on site conditions at Spots.

Mechanical Works:

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 02 Nos. HC pumps of parameters 5000 GPH x 200 mtr head of reputed make (Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves/ Mathar Plant ) preferbly low speed prime movers with automatic control panel and with provision of standby manual starter , the delivery and suction should be of MS pipe of standard make 02 Nos. submersible pump sets ( 01 No. working + 01 No. standby) of parameters 5000 GPH x 150 mtr head with fully automatic control panel with provision of standby manual starter the column pipes of suitable dia will be MS pipes of standard make with proper flanging at 10 feet , 01 No. voltage stablizer 150 KVA (ISI Marked make) alongwith and creation/erection 100 KVA (Level 2) eletcric sub-staion from existing HT source to proposed site , the electric cables/ items should be of Finolex/ Gloster/ havells/ L&T make complete with allied works at proposed tube-well site Diani.

Providing , Installation, testing and commissioning of 01 No HC pumps of parametrer 8000 GPH x 200 mtr head (Kirloskar/Crompton Greaves any any other standard make) with automatic control panel with provision of standby manual starter , th delivery and suction should be MS pipes of standard make ,01 No. submersible pump set with fully automatic control panel with provision of standby manual starter , creation/ eredction of 63 kva electric sub- station (Level-2) from existing HT source to proposed site he electric cables/ items should be of Finolex/ Gloster/ havells/ L&T make complete with allied works at existing tube-well site Diani

Pipe works :Providing, Laying & fitting of G.I pipes( Prakas Surya, Jindal or any other reputed brand make) for Rising main and Distribution system including clearance of site, earth work in excavation as per perscribed trenches and available classfiications of soil complete with cost & fixing of all required fittings / specials/ Gate Valves/Sluivce Valves/ Check Valves (ISI marked branded make like Kirloskar/ AMCO/L&T make) along with allied accessories, Construction of required valve pits/mainfolds, Making connections & Interconnections, fabrication /welding of joints weherever required, cutting/ crossing of roads / berm surfaces, lanes and drains including restoration of same after laying of pipes .Refilling of earth back in trenches including disposal of surplus earth/mulba to designated place and carriages of all sorts complete with testing & commissioning (complete Job/rm).
