Note:- (i) Spares such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor relays, thermostat, & wiring etc if found defective will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repairs.

(ii) Charging of gas if required will be measured and paid separately as supply & topping of gas complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. (iii) Replacement of compressor wherever required will be measured and paid separately.

Comprehensive / Preventive maintenance / servicing of water cooler capacity 80/20 ,120/150 of any make, maintenance carried out by cleaning of water cooler and cleaning capiilary tube cleaning blower fan and motor , providing new hinges,locking arrangements ,taps included in comprehensive maintenence cost and checking of refrigerant pressure and charging of refrigerant gas including testing / checking the serviceability of spares such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor relays, thermostat, & wiring etc and servicing complete of indoor and outdoor units complete all as specified as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note:Spares such as starting capacitor, running capacitor, fan motor, blower motor relays, thermostat, & wiring ,compressor,etc if found defective will be measured & paid separately as supply & fix in repairs.

Note :- (i) The Contractor shall descalinated each AC Plant twice during contract period . (ii) Each descaling shall be counted as one job for the purpose of payment. (iii) The time interval between both descaling will be intimated by Engineer-in-charge as per requirement.
