Improvements of Civil Maintenance works at KKSala KDN to MM at Downhill

Dismantling, clearing away and carefully stacking useful materials for re-use and disposal of unserviceable materials with 100m lead as directed by Executive Engineer duly taking actual premeasurements before dismantling including all labour charges , overheads & contractor profit etc., complete . (Unreinforced Cement Concrete)

Plastering 20mm thick single coat in CM(1:5) using screened sand including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, curing as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work .(SS 901,903 & 904)

VRCC M-20 grade Nominal mix (cement :fine aggreegate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to table 9 of IS456 using (20mm 60%, 10mm 30% & 6mm 10%) size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggreegate)from approved Quarry including cost and conveyancej of all materials like cement,fine aggregate(sand)coarse aggregate, water etc, to site and excluding seigniorage charges,sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing , laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, but excluding centering shuttering :

Providing cladding to walls with granite stone tiles 8mm thick (mirror polished of all shades) of 1st quality and of size as approved by Engineer-in-charge with borders and design as per the approved, length equal to flooring stones set over base coat of CM(1:5) 12 mm thick using screened sand with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per sqm and jointing with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete excluding seigniorage charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work.

Flooring with vitrified tiles with matt finish of size 600x600 mm and thickness between 9-10 mm 1st quality confirming to IS:13711,IS:13712,IS:13630 (Parts 1to 15) of any colur and finish in all shades and designs. as per the approved flooring pattern as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, laying tiles using spacers of 2mm thick, set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop. 12mm thick using screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab , including neat cement slurry of honey like consistancy spread @ 3.3 kgs per Sqm. and jointed neately with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) including cost of seigniorage charges on all materials, cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles to required slope as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. Supply & application of one coat deco orient base & two coats of acrylic emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Gr-II having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre to old iron work including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

Brick masonry for panel walls in superstructure with CM (1:6) prop: (Cement : Screened sand) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, bricks, water etc., to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and such as labour charges, like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).

Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD) (Fe 415/500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Preparation and fixing of M.S. heavy grills for Trusses, Stanchions,Heavy beams and Girders using chain pulley block,derek pole arrangements etc., in position including cost of Mild Steel squares/Flats etc.,welding rods,power charges and fixing charges etc., complete.

Roofing: - Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.
