Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. seperating serviceable fittings/fixtures, keeping in safe custody reuse under respective item and removal of unserviceable material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Concealed conduit in RCC slab/beam shall not be not be taken out and same shall be reused for passing out cable

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch/ cut out/ DBs of any type/ capacity/ description including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing unservicable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes complete all as directed.

Day to day routine/periodical preventive maintenance of DG set capacity 7.5 KVA (No. of DG Sets -02No of Make : Greaves Cotton & -01 Nos of Make: Koel Green) and replacement of Lubricating oil, Oil filters, Fuel filters, Air cleanerelements & top-Up of Coolant as per Manufacturer`s recommended maintanance schedule including health check up of Engine, inspection of Canopy, Alternator & panels and correction of faults by adjustments & settings including supply of all consumable lubricants and repair or replacement of (spare parts) which as specified in notes here-in-after for the DG set 7.5 KVA and daily/ routine/periodical maintenance as per direction of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies including cleaningcomplete all as specified and as directed. Note :-(i) Spares required will be measured and paid separately (ii) Engine Oil ,Oil Filter & Fuel Filter of above mentioned DG Set will be replaced every six months and will be measured and paid under respective schedule

Notes for Item No 193 to 198 : During each visit under this contract, the following should be carried out by the Service Representative: 1. Checking of Lub Oil from the Sump, Lub oil Cooler etc. and clean the Sump Strainers as per the recommendation in the Operating Instruction Manual. Renew Lub Oil and Filter Elements as required. 2. Refill the sump with new Lub Oil and prime the lubricating system 3. Check and tighten as required, any external bolts. 4. Replace the Fuel Filter Elements as per the recommended procedure. 5. Check and adjust belt tension or replace the belts as required. 6. Check and correct the tightening of all Hoses and Clamps. 7. Check and correct the tightening of terminals at Engine Control Panel and EPU. 8. Check and adjust tappet clearance as required. 9. Check and tighten engine bearer cap screws. 10 Carryout Air Cleaner maintenance as required. 11 Check and record Engine performance parameters. 11. Check and correct external leakages. 12. Check EPU for proper functioning. 13. Checking of Alternator as per check list. 14. Spare parts required will be measured and paid Separately under respective item of schedule. 15 The contractor shall provide of high skilled mechanic/operator joint during currency of contract period, if required. The cost of the same shall be deem to be included above quated rate. 16 Comprehensive maintanance include day to day routine/periodical maintanance with replacement of defective equipments/parts as specified shall deem to be include in above quated rate. 17 Contractor shall rectify the fault within 24 hours as per the direction of AGE E/M within pescribed limit as specified in PS failing which recovery shall be effected 18 Make and model of part to be replaced shall be as existing at site or as per OEM. 19 The cost of transportation and other necessary equipments shall be arranged/brought by contractor in this effect.
