Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coated GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including side and end lap as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600 mm to be supported independently. 600x600 mm modulesto be formed by fitting 600 mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300 mm long of white colour as per manufacturer's instruction including dismantling existing ceiling board etc completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) ground floor and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish from the work site out side defence premises complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone crushed aggregate) as in coping, bed blocks etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) area not exceeding 1.5 square metre each including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts of dismantling brick work ( holes cut and any other damage to jambs, walls for taking out hold fast shall be finished identical to existing finish without any extra cost to Govt.) complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hard wood 35mm thick factory made Plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003 (Part I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed .

2nd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters 35 mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed .

Factory made steel windows double shutter box type, outer frame made out of ERW TUBE 'P' section (60x45x25 mm) and shutters of ERW TUBE 'P' section (50x35x20mm) openable shutters side hung including piston hinges with two Nos of MS Tower bolts 150 mm size on each shutter steel handle and stopper of Z section as specified complete with sash bars devatailed or welded ready for glass fixing and wire gauzed fixing with suitable fittings / opening for cooler / AC where required.
