Replacement of main Gear box (K140- 20MT approx.) and its alignment including removal & re-fixing of Torsion shaft (2.5MT Aprox).: * EOT Crane is available in the section, in case of EOT Failure work shall be done manually by using chain blocks.

Dismantling

Errection and Alignment of Gear box with pinion via Torsion Shaft & HT Motor.

Replacement of counter shaft Bearings(white metal ø340 mm Wt: 320kg).

Dismantling including shifting of scrap. Requires lifting /releaseing the load of Pinion shaft assly (4.0MT) at that position only. ( EOT crane is not accesable.)

Errection by matching blue impression including Shifting New Bearing to the work place and finishing work.

Dismantling & erection of Torsion Shaft/ Counter shaft Size;tø570mm ; Length 5400mm including shifting.

Replacement of Gear couplings GC-9 & GC-14.

Dismantling of GC-9 coupling including keeping aside the HT Motor(2000kw)to make space to work.

Erection of GC-9 coupling including refixing with alignment of HT Motor(2000kw).

Dismantling of GC-14 coupling at out put of Gear box / pinion shaft including removal of torsion shaft.

Erection of GC-14 coupling including refixing of torsion shaft.

Replacement of Trunion bearing Ø2000mmx1000mm width: 1.60 MT including lifting of mill, cleaning the oil sump 7 refilling oil etc;

Dismantling & shifting.

Erection ( includs scraping & matching) and finishing work.

Replacement of Cement mill & Coal crusher liners,

Dismantling & shifting of Diaphragm liners, head liner, shell liners straight /curved Gib liners etc and scarap removal.

Errection, finishing work of Diaphragm liners, head liner, shell liners, straight /curved Gib liners etc;

Dismantling & shifting of Shell Liner & Diaphragm plates in 2nd chamber including scrap removal.

Errection, finishing work & shifting of scrap plates in 2nd chamber(400 plates)

Replacement of mill inside Cone: Size :ø 477 to ø25 mm convegrent; Wt 53 kg.

Chain Bucket Elevators 630mm*232mm &1000 mm *355mm.

Repairing of damaged buckets including cutting, Welding and Drilling Etc;

Dismantling & Erection of Head(Top) Drum including acivities of removal of hood , bearings , coupling and all related finishing works.

Dismantling & Erection of Tail (Bottom) Drum including acivities such as removal of bottom doors, arresting the counter weight and all related finishing works.

Replacement of chain links .

Belt Bucket elevator size:450mm, cap165tph, 42 mtrs c/c

Replacement of Steel chord belt 450 mm (total length of 90 mtrs) including removal and re-fixing of buckets, hood, doors, preperation of ends for joiting (excluding joint), tightening and finishing work.

Bucket bolts tightening (four bolts of a bucket makes a set) .

Replacement of Conveyor belts for various size from 650mm to 1200mm (Removing the old belt, laying new and positioning , making ready to carry the joint by releasing the belt load & restore the belt after joint for trail run/ re-positioning the fell down belt for re jointing).
