Dry Lean Cement Concrete Sub-base:- Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600-1 of MORTH 5th Revision, with minimum cement content of 150 kg/cum or as per mix design (whichever is more), Concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-12 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing. Pavement Quality Concrete:- Construction of reinforced, M-40 Grade pavement quality concrete of flexural strength 45 Kg/cm2 over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement, with minimum cement content of 390 kg per cum or as per mix design (whichever is more), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS:383 with 20 mm nominal size of aggregate, mixing in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design (As per IRC-44), transported to site, laid with a fixed form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction ,longitudinal & tranverse joints, Joint Cutting, joint filler, backer rod conforming to ASTMC:5249-95 or ASTMD:3575, separation membrane (400 micron HDPE Sheet), sealent primer, polyurethene joint sealant with min MAF±30,reinforcement(Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more),admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) Details of HDPE Sheet:- 400 micron HDPE Sheet over tack coat of 2.5Kg/10mtr2 of VGRO HDPE with minimum width of 8m without joints, 400 micron manufactureres by multilayer technology using 100% virgin raw material,conforming to IS 10889:2004(or latest) with company logo & IS Code & batch number on at least very 2 metres. 2) Manufacturer Test certificate for every consignment.

12.5 mm thick fully Perforated Gypsum Board tile made from plasterboard having glass fibre conforming to IS: 2095 part I, of size 595x595 mm, having perforation of 9.7x9.7 mm at 19.4 mm c/c with center borders of 48 mm and the side borders of 30 mm, backed with non woven tissue on the back side, having an NRC ( Noise Reduction Coefficient) of 0.79, with 50 mm resin bonded glass wool backing.
