Outsourcing services for operation of E/M installations (Power House, Pump House and DG set) at Coast Guard station Vizhinjam by deploying skilled Operators in three shifts of 08 Hours including sunday and holidays by employing man power as given below for the entire system including attending complaints, maintain necessary records and documents as per standard practices including carrying out periodical maintenance of installation and day to day maintenance, cleaning and upkeeping of equipments and surroundings etc. complete all as specified and directed:- Details of Installations (Pump House): (a) DG set 62.5 KVA-01 No (b) Pump sets 5 HP -03 Nos (c) Liquid chlorinator -02 Nos (d) Transformer 200 KVA with GOD , DO Fuses Shift Timings Shift I : 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (01 Electrican) Shift II : 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs (01 Electrican) Shift III : 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs (01 Electrican) Three (03) Electrican per day(01 No Electrican in each shift) as above shall be deployed. Accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month. Notes for item Nos.1&2: (i) The rate quoted is inclusive for attending all complaints of internal/external electrification and water supply break down including liaison with KSEB to restore supply incase of break down/failure of supply. (ii) The duty Electrician/FGM shall have all required tools, safety equipments for attending all types of emergency electric complaints in the entire station and the rate quoted for the this item shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same.

(iii) Fuel and oil will be provided by the department as required. (iv) The contractor shall ensure that the surroundings of the electrical distribution system / panels/HT-LT yard are neat and clean, free from vegetation and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of the same. (v) While providing services for maintenance and operation of installations, the contractor shall ensure a Technically qualified workmen ( ITI qualification with 3 to 5 Yr Experience) who is well conversant with the operation and normal repair of electric supply installations. (vi)The rate shall be inclusive of stationary for log books, plant running records, registers etc. (vii) Above details of services are not exhaustive. If any additional situation on ground requires proper maintenance and operation of installation which is not covered above, contractor shall provide the services for same as directed by Engr-in-Charge , without any extra cost for govt. (viii) The operator on duty shall wear uniform as approved by Engineer -in - Charge.

Accordingly the duty roaster to be submitted by the contractor before commencement of month.
