RequiredSl.No.14 above (OR) HVAC Manufacturers of approved make of Mitsubishi/Tosibha/O General or their authorized dealers/firms along with MAF and Firm Registration issued by Registrar of Firms. The Authorization letter issued by the Manufactures of should be in the prescribed format enclosed as per Annexure II in page No. 25 of the tender document.
RequiredExperience for Registered Electrical contractors- completed as a prime contractor works under Internal and External Electrical Installation works up to 11KV works value not less than Rs.49,98,811/- (Group of works) and minimum of Rs.24,99,406/- (single similar nature of HVAC work) in any Govt Dept/undertaking/Enterprises in any one year in any one financial year during last 10 financial years.
RequiredExperience for Manufacturers- completed as a prime contractor in similar nature of HVAC work in any Govt Dept/undertaking/Enterprises of value not less than Rs.49,98,811/- in any one year during last 10 financial years i.e. from 2015- 16 to 2024-25 (this value will be updated to the year 2025-26 in which the tenders for this work is called duly giving 10 percentage weight.
RequiredLiquid Assets of Rs.24,99,406/- in the form of Solvency certificate shall be valid upto agreement period from the date of their issue and the solvency certificate shall be issued by the banks in their proforma as per guidelines of RBI as per GO MS NO 129 dt 05.10.2025 of Water Resources (Reforms) Department.
